Given you are married to a citizen and filing for spousal sponsorship, you need to prove that you are visitng not moving permanently. All the best.

I see , thank you ; would showing that am leaving my parents behind as well and my mother is actually depending on me to do the house chores given the reason that she has a back problem would actually help as well?

No that is not proof because you have already applied to move to Canada so they will need survive without you. If your daughter remained in your home country that would be a strong tie to your home country.

I see thank you so much , If I provide my job contract without the leave allowed , wouldn' that be enough? unfortantly I dont have any property nor investements nor loans , I have lived in the UK for 2 years and I had my daughter in there but that was back in 2014 would that also be helpful?
