Moncton is only like -13, nothing big. QC is the coldest in the country during the winter with it peaking at -33. Consider yourself lucky.

Moncton is not -12. Well it is on paper, but always check the option 'feels like'. Its -24-30.

QC is -28 on paper most days and the "feel like" option which considers stuff like cold winds etc makes it close to 39. Still way colder then anyother province lol, I always envy the other provinces.
