hi all,

does this mean that we are going to list the 3 NOC codes listed in sked 3 question 12 in this format & in the order based on question 12?

sample only:

Citizenship & Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
Centralized Intake Office
Attn.: SW1 - NOC # 3113, 1234, 2345
PO BOX 7500 Sydney, NS
B1P 0A9

 Put the completed forms, supporting documents required by the CIO and fee payment in a 23 cm x 30.5 cm (9″ x 12″) envelope.
 On the envelope, list the NOC codes in the order of preference according to question 12 of the Schedule 3 — Economic Classes — Federal Skilled Workers form.

Why didnt i find this forum before submitting my application

Now i made a few mistakes and its too late.

Right you are. I should add something which is very important when you fill in Schedule 1 form (question no:12):

"From the occupations you listed in question 11, list which occupational experience you would like to be assessed in order of preference. Begin with your first choice and continue with your second, etc. Include both the NOC code and the occupation‟s title. "

So in my opinion, on the envelop NOC codes should come according to preference as well

My CC was charged yesterday...but wish to know after how much part of file processing work, CC is charged and what comes next?
I guess if CC is charged, at least it means all documents have been checked.......OR NOT??

Nice topic, and i think i am too late for some mistakes..anyway please can someone answer my queries:

1. i only sent those application form asking in the checklist., they are not asking for a photo, working credentials or certificate etc that's why i did'nt send anything just those applications..my dilemma is am i on the right track?
2. I'm already here in canada as tFW and i dont want to renew my contract and decided to go back in my home country. will my application is valid eventhough i'm not staying inside canada. i only have few months left and i think if the VO received my application my contract as TFW is done.

please i need your advice :

- As long as you sent all doc.s those were asked in both check-lists (CIC & VO), you are not in any sort of dilemma.
Also be mindful of the fact that VO requirements can differ from each other.
(VO-Local visa office that caters immigration cases of one's current country of residence)

- Rest, assuming that by the time you move to another country, you'll get your immigration case file number of your current case.
Then it'd be better to send an updated application mentioning your new address and VO aong with an explanation letter to CIC.

CC chareged means, your application is complete (you filled in forms correctly and sent all required docs).
Now CIO will thoroughly check your employment documents, proof of fund and IELTS, educational docs and count your total points whether or not it is equal to pass mark (67).

And Bangladesh beat England in their last Cricket world cup match...it was a big turnaround..!

Well, a few more clarifications:
1. Looking at your process so far, it seems that there was a gap of 4 months between your application was submitted at your got 1st AOR.
So am I right to say that takes avg. 3-4 months to get 1st AOR after CC is charged?

2. What's next for you now--2 AOR or Medicals?

3. At what part of process the application no. is allotted?

hi,
1.July/august 2010 applicants got their PER (previously known as 1st AOR) within 140 days from the date of applying whereas Oct applicants like me got PER after 120 days. Good news is applicants of Dec 2010 got their PER within 80 days only. SO it is projected that the gap between PER and application submission will continuously reduce & you can expect your PER after 60 days.
