Re Submission of Whole file

Hi all,

I have sent file in FSW on 20th November 2011 & reached there on 24th November.

I got my file back form Nova Scotia on 12th Feb 2012 stating my draft is expired. (UCI number was marked on letter)

I resubmit all detail along with new Draft.

will my file take another 3 months (considering new) or can i aspect my PER soon?

when can i aspect my PER?

I had sent my FSW1 category application on 24th Jan'2014 which I received back with a UCI number on 12th April stating that I need to attach my birth certificate. So I am preparing an affidavit and will proceed further. My queries are as below:
1. Do I need to prepare a complete new file or I can resubmit the old application with the new prepared affidavit? Please note that the application which I received back contains red mark ups which CIC staff has done during application checking.
2. How do I refer UCI in my application?

I advise fill all forms once again(newly downloaded) as there must be red marks in your generic application form
in generic application form write your UCI no which previously you must have left blank
in schedule A background declaration, in rejeciton of visa field put yes and show this application returned due to birth certi problem

once again for affidavit I doubt pl check with others, I have seen applicants attached HSC leaving certificate instead of brithcertificate. why dont you try for brithcertificate if possible in 2-3 days

keep margin of transition tme as FSW closing on 30th of this month. try your app reached before 25th.

I had my application returned a couple of times. I did not fill out all the forms again.

Only attached the required additional docs and added a cover letter explaining it.

see the generic application form is ticked by CIC so we need to resubmit for clear form
about background declaration also we need to show return of current file so need to replace

again CIC is changing forms many time and with previous version form many appliation returned, so i advise to have a fresh form and it dosent cost more than printing charge than why to take risk?

My file had a file number(I believe) stamp on it, which they covered with wite-out when they sent it back to me.

I did NOT say "yes" to having been refused earlier.

I did redo the forms because it had been so long and the error was in the generic application. My spouse's job had changed and stuff.

Next time around, I had it returned due to not having signed the cc auth form. They also said something about inadequate job proof. This time, I did NOT re-do the forms because the forms were deemed to be correct (with minor notes like place of birth-I had written city and my passport said area, city. They had made notes, I let them be). Just attached a cover letter stating my work experience and that the application has a reference letter, offer letter, lmo. Also signed the same cc auth form.

Worked for me.

Thanks for your advise and apologies for late response.

I again prepared the new forms, attached school LC in lieu of birth certificate, put the UCI number which I had received with the returned file. However, I did not mention regarding earlier visa refusal.

My file reached there on 23rd may, CC charged on 8th May and received PER today on 13th May.....so it seems under good progress as of now.

Hi,
We applied as a couple for FSW last September 2013. It has been returned back to us last January 2014
Due to lack of documents. We had completed the documents being asked and has sent it back
To them this ,we are not included anymore of the new FSW that has been released this month
I'm wondering if they will still consider our application?
Please help
