What do they write in the reason?

Yes. The OP has been rejected multiple times but he/she didn't share
the reason provided by the CIC. Anatalia is merely asking for a missing information.
Although I have not been in similar situations, I wouldn't consider $450 spent on a major life choice to be a waste. I can't imagine leaving a life in a city/ country I like because I don't want to shell out $150 per application.

I personally believe you should consult an immigration lawyer at this point. The history of rejection on your record will likely cause you problems with further application, even if it's under a different stream. If you are eligible to apply for CEC, BOWP following AOR may be a good option for you. Also, if you are not completely certain on the reasons behind your previous rejections, you should consider obtaining the CAIPS notes.

BOWP is a bridging open work permit. However you would only qualify to apply for a BOWP if you have applied for PR through a program like CEC and have received confirmation that your application has been accepted.
I think your options are the following:
1) Find a different employer who either has an open LMO or can obtain an approved LMO and apply for a new work permit before your current work permit expires.
2) Convert your work permit to a visitor visa before and remain in Canada as a visitor while you look for a new employer (you obviously won't be able to work during this time).
3) Return home.

The initial 30 minutes of consultation are generally affordable and the cost is quite minuscule compared to permanently moving back abroad.
Few years back, my fall back option was the working holiday visas. Have you looked into them yet? Also, as asked previously, are you able to apply under CEC? Generally 12+ months of work in Canada in a skilled occupation?
