Just do some research on PEI about their economy or job opportunities, the culture and life style over there and what government is doing their about people in that province. Try to find some justification on the basis of your research.

Describe about your field of work. How useful it will be to the province.How much you will contribute to the province and its development
Google the job opportunities in the field of your work with approx turn over of the industry, and demand of employees ( magnitude )
Describe what appeals you in the province i.e geographical conditions, infrastructure, education, other services.
