I am in the same boat. Already received Medical and "Medical Results Received" line appeared in ECAS. But after that complete silence.
Even there is no response to CSE by LVO.
In your ECAS you see the message "Medical Results Received on 09 Jan 16". OR it is simply "Medical Results Received". Because in my case it is simply written "Medical Results Received"

Did you raise any CSE? OR was there any correspondence between you and your visa office after 9th Jan 2016?

Anyone have the explanation about this scenario please provide your feedback?
Dear shahr Yaar
My ECAS show "Medical Results Received". You didn't receive Schedule-4 or Backgroud check doc. Did you raise GCMS if yes please share with me. I didn't raise CSE but i raised GCMS and it'll get on 16 March approximately.

Hi, for SGVO is it normal to have DECISION MADE before the PPR?

If so, how many days PPR usually arrives after Decision Made in ecas?

I am Manila VO applicant, and I have received PPR last Feb 25. On the same day I sent request to Manila VO to have my visa stapming in Singapore.
I have not sent my passport yet, and there hasn't been any correspondences or instructions coming from Manila VO.

But when I checked status in ecas on March 7 it says DECISION MADE.

Is this a positive sign? or is this normal?

Dear All..

Any expert advise here needed...

i am FSW2014 applicant and i had made a short landing in Jan 2016 with my wife and kids. I am the primary applicant. The immigration officer at landing said that we will get PR cards in 4 to 8 Weeks. Now that 8 Weeks have passed... I came to know that the PR card for my wife was only delivered to the address which i mentioned during landing.

For me and my kids, there were no PR cards. Is it normal or something i should initiate from my side. like writing letter to CIC about my case or should i wait for a while.

regards

I am glad to announce the arrival of my Permanent Residence Visa and COPR. :) :) :) :D
The interesting thing is that a week ago I was at the visa office to enquire about my application status and I was informed that the visa officer has decided to review my file and that I should wait...30 minutes later I was called in for an Interview with the visa officer and after asking me few questions to clarify my POF made a decision in front of me and requested for my passport for visa issuance.
I want to encourage everyone waiting for one update or the other not to give up hope you will receive your visa soon.
;D ;D

It seems that all the visa offices are completely focusing on the applicants of Express Entry?

Because FSWP2014, there are very few updates occurring. For me I am waiting anxiously for PPR and in last week reply they told me "Thanks for your patience and you will be contacted shortly about the next steps in your application".

Anyone else in the same boat with specially LVO. Usually LVO is very fast after MR but in my case it looks it got stuck somewhere, may be due to being from Pakistan, they are doing intense security check.

Do they charge any fee for getting GCMS ?

Yes, the charge is $5 from within Canada with the request being made by a citizen, permanent resident or visa holder on your behalf. For request from outside Canada it starts from $25, check this link, http://www.visafile.info/

No need to panic, this sometimes happens when a family is more than 3 members then the cards are delivered in batches. The remaining cards will come within a week or so. This was how it happened for me and countless others, relax :)

Hey Forum Mates!

In IMMM 1344 Q.7 :- The date on which you received Permanent Residence?

Is that the date on which I got my PR visa or I landed in Canada?

Thanks in advance.

It is a good news by the way.

"To prepare for the launch of Express Entry in 2015, the Government of Canada began accepting applications under new caps for the Federal Skilled Workers Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program and Canadian Experience Class in May 2014. These measures helped to supplement the Canadian work force in areas where there were skills shortages, and helped to prevent backlogs and improve processing times. In 2016, the Government of Canada will complete processing of these applications, ensuring these economic immigrants can come to Canada and enter the Canadian labour market."

Hi, just reply to your VO that you have just had a baby who you will like to be added to your application. They will respond with a list of instructions and requirements. Get the baby's travel passport and application fee ready and also increase your Proof of funds accordingly. All the best.
