URGENT HELP REQUIRED
Dear Fellow member,
As i am FSW2014 applicant who is still waiting for MR. My Wife is pregnant and i don't know how to proceed with this scenario. Please help me out do i need to inform LVO about the situation or do i need to wait for MR. I have heard that we can still do Medicals except the xray.
waiting for your advice.

No need to inform at this stage. When you will receive MR at that stage the medical center that will conduct the medicals will mention in the report that X-Ray postponed due to pregnancy and you can after that convey to the LVO that X-Ray of your wife is postponed due to her pregnancy and they will ask you due date of delivery of child, and you just inform them and after that your application status as per internal procedures of LVO will be converted into PUT AWAY in GCMS software system with a due date after the date of delivery of your wife. Therefore it is preferable not to inform them at this stage otherwise they will simply PUT AWAY your file from now and will do anything until delivery of your wife is done.

When did you do your medicals and what is your Visa Office?

Hi friends,
I am 06 June applicant ( dependent applicant ) .I received PER on 30 August 2015 , and second line update on 01 November 2015 .( NOC 2174)
After that NDVO had done physical verification in February 2015 . During that they have concerned SO they had send me C-mail on 17 June 2015 ( after 3 month of P.V ) , we have replied them on 13 July our explanation ...
Meanwhile I have applied for USA B1 business visa to attend 5 days scienticific conference on 04 September 2015 , but unfortunately we have rejected . We have not received MR yet .
So whether should I inform NDVO about my rejection or should I wait for MR then I update them ..
Please help me what should I do ???
Is it necessary to inform them about my rejection ? I am dependent applicant
Is it delay my process if I informed them ?

Thanks dear for your advice. Actually few forum members went through the same situation and stated that Canadian Immigration Authorities consider the time to arrive at Canada when Medicals are down. If that is true, i cannot avail the benefit of going alone first and then setup all the things and call my family. Some members also stated that when you receive your MR, you can contact Visa office to postpone the medicals of entire family. In that case, primary applicant get a chance to go first and settle things out for their family.

What you say about that ?

Everyone who is just keeping quite and not following up their Applications with their respective Visa Officers via "CSE or GCMS notes", please read the ordeal of the this poor chap who got his APPLICATION REJECTED merely because the Visa Office thought they have sent MR but in reality they have forgotten and considered that they have sent it. These types of software or communication or data entry errors are common even in most modern ERP systems like SAP. Therefore I shall again re-emphasize that follow your application through CSE/GCMS notes and do not let it at the mercy of your Visa Offices.

LESSON LEARNED: [size=15pt]THE MOST IMPORTANT POINT IN RAISING OCCASIONALLY CSE IS THAT IT DOESN'T COST AND IT DOESN'T HARM BUT THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF GETTING BENEFIT IF LVO HAS FORGOTTEN TO SEND YOU SOME DOCUMENT REQUEST OR INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEXT STEPS OR AS PER THEIR RECORD THEY HAVE SENT YOU INSTRUCTIONS BUT YOU DIDN'T GET IT THEN THEY MIGHT SEND YOU AGAIN UPON SEEING YOUR CSE.
i think this is your blunder that you did not check your ecas status regularly or you solely depended to your attorney so you got victimized with their negligence

Dear,
1. It doesn't matter if you are a dependent applicant.
2. They will get to know, and ask for explanation & copy of rejection letter.
You already got C-Mail for another issue ! It's more riskier not to inform.
3. NO. It will not delay or effect your processing (unless reason of rejection is a criminal offence).

If you have the rejection letter, with reasons written on it.
Then just scan and email it to your VO.
Give the dates you applied and got rejected, giving the reasons in the letter. They will verify from the US embassy, that's all.
Mention that, this is an update to your file.

Don't wait for the MR before informing, you have already delayed it for over a month.
Don't worry, all will be fine.

Thank you very much for your kind suggestion .

Finally I managed to collect the PCCs from Italy. Now I want to submit the PCCs to my current visa office (Manila). I have following questions

1. Should I send the original or certified copy is sufficient?
2. Should I wait for the Visa Office to ask for the PCC or should I immediately send the PCC via courier?
3. Is it required to raise a CSE and inform CIC about the PCC?

Thanks in Advance.

Dear,
Email a certified scanned copy of the PCC, and ask for acknowledgement.

Don't wait for VO to ask you.
Don't courier the original, unless asked to do so.
No need to raise CSE.

Hope it helps
