I am a Oct, 2014 applicant for NOC2281. I received my PER on 28th Jan, 2015. Since then i have been waiting for LVO. Today, first time ever I raised a CSE and i received a automated response from two different emails. One was the confirmation about my CSE and second was from LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca. The name at the bottom was Scott Fummerton and email states "I will be out of the office from Monday, October 12th, 2015 returning Monday, October 19th, 2015"

I want to know that Is he my VO ? or this email is a group exchange server address where there are multiple recipients and if one is not available, the automatic reply will be generated to the person who has raised a CSE.

Please clarify

Have you used URL to raise a CSE?

It's quite interesting to have the auto-reply. Your Program Assistant Name has been disclosed to you. It would be interesting if someone will get to know his VO Code and we can match name to the VO Code:)

Have you raised GCMS Notes yet?

Bro Almedia what about you, have you raised GCMS Notes?

Yes i raised CSE vis URL and received two emails simultaneously. One was the confirmation and second was from LDNIMMIGRATION email. One thing which is quite common nowadays is if they have an exchange server group email address then in that case if someone apply notification about their absence, we can get this kind of email.

I don't know what it is but i checked his profile first on Linkedin which stated that he is Program Assistant. As far as my knowledge is concerned, VO use Aliases or Code names while corresponding.

If someone has faced such kind of thing, please elaborate.

Qaseem > URL Based CSEs are more accurate as it makes the subject accurate.

I don't know the internal mechanism of UK CHC but it seems like once a CSE is received based on the UCI, they forward your case to your respective VO/PA. In your case he is your PA.

I wonder if he is type of PA that conducts interview for 2281/2171 [Network Engineers] as his profile is IT Network based.

Yup VO/PA use code names and it seems like he put his full name in Auto Reply:)

Hello All,

Need your suggestion, if anyone has come across such situation...

I landed in May 2015 and my wife was pregnant during that time and notified this to NDVO through CSE while leaving India, that we will have delivery of baby in Canada.

But due to health complications I had to send my wife back to India and now baby is delivered in India.

Now, I am in Canada and following are my questions:

  • Shall I apply the TRV/TRP first or sponsor PR directly?
  • I want them to join me in end of March after winter, if they grant TRV, should they need to travel immediately?
  • Any idea on how much duration the sponsorship will take?

Thanks.

hello,
I have completed my medicals on 7th Oct at GYD diagnostics(DR.DINAKER) at hyderabad. Reached the diagnostics at the given appointment time along with my spouse and kids. The whole prcocess completed within 2hrs. First it was the eye , weight and height checkup. then blood sample was taken to test for VDRL and HIV. urine sample for routine check and chest x ray to test TB. Then the doctor did a thorough check of the body and asked whether i had been admitted to any hospital regarding any illness or any previous history of TB within the family. I had two C section which i had discussed with the doctor and he said there are no issues but he asked whether i had back pain or pain in the knees. I replied in negative as i have no such issues. He said that everything is fine. The next day i called the diagnostic centre and they said that my medicals were uploaded. I returned back to Vizag the next day and sent the emedicals and RPRF (DD) through courier to the high commission of canada. Now again the wait begins.

Dear,
Simply click reply to the email you received for medical, PCC & RPRF. (So the subject line remains the same)
OR write the following in sequence, in the subject line:
APPLICATION NO - SURNAME, FIRST NAMES - XXX (initials of VO)
Attach the Scanned Bio page of renewed passport, PCC and RPRF Receipt.
Add a note in the body of the email, stating the attached documents, and requesting acknowledgement.

Write the following in the body of the email:

Respected Visa Officer

In reference to your letter dated xx/xx/2015.
I am hereby sending the following documents for myself and xxxxx, as attachments to this email.

1. Bio Page of renewed passport (for update).
2. Police Clearance Certificates for (country name).
3. Right of Permanent Resident Fee Receipt.

Furthermore i also did my medicals as advised on xx/xx/2015

Your acknowledgement will be highly appreciated.

Yours sincerely,
Surname, First Name(s)
(Applicant No. xxxxxxxxxx)

Keep it short and to the point.
There are no problems for PPR, as long as you don't delay it.
Hope it helps
Regards

Hello doc,

Firstly thanks for the reply.

But the problem is i have already submitted RPRF PCC and medicals, and after that i have renewed my passport.

I talked with my agent regarding renewal of passport to get it update to VO.

he denied that when we would get PPR then we will get it update.

Is he right?? Would it create any problem in getting my visa??

Hello mates,
Last August I received MR, RPRF, and PP bio pages request and submitted it September 1.
Today it is been one month since "Decision Made" and no "PPR" yet.
I've sent them email 11 days ago and no reply yet.
Your thoughts are highly appreciated

Brother, according to me, your agent is wrong..
You should inform VO immediately so that visa is issued on the new passport.

Rest, other seniors can guide more better... but this is my personal view.. that you should inform the visa office ASAP.

Bro, I guess you should wait for the PPR. It normally comes in 45-60 days. ..

Don't send unusual mails to the vo.
