Simply click reply to the email you received for medical, PCC & RPRF. (So the subject line remains the same)
OR write the following in sequence, in the subject line:
APPLICATION NO - SURNAME, FIRST NAMES - XXX (initials of VO)
Attach the Scanned Bio page of renewed passport, PCC and RPRF Receipt.
Add a note in the body of the email, stating the attached documents, and requesting acknowledgement.
Write the following in the body of the email:
Respected Visa Officer
In reference to your letter dated xx/xx/2015.
I am hereby sending the following documents for myself and xxxxx, as attachments to this email.
1. Bio Page of renewed passport (for update).
2. Police Clearance Certificates for (country name).
3. Right of Permanent Resident Fee Receipt.
Furthermore i also did my medicals as advised on xx/xx/2015
Your acknowledgement will be highly appreciated.

Keep it short and to the point.
There are no problems for PPR, as long as you don't delay it.
