Its only 3 days thats your docs have reached,People are waiting for more than 2months for TLU,
Now a days VOs are not updating Ecas...

Don't worry about that update in ECAS. Got my medicals done last Sept 1 and got my PPR last Sept 30 but no "medical results have been received" update in my ECAS even until now. CIC certainly is not mentioning that in our ECAS anymore.

I'm mechanical engineer 2132 , i need your valuable suggestion where to land for both professional and survival job(Alberta or Ontario).
Questions :
We can land in any province , doesn't has to be one mentioned in COPR ?
Proof of fund if going without dependents , for 1 or 3 if there are 2 dependents ?
Principal applicant can fly early and dependents can follow later without asking this to NVDO ?

Just a little concern guys. Previously, my non-accompanying daughter's height was erroneously measured and stated in the GENERIC FORM at 137 cm.
Just few days back, I already got my PPR+Appendix A. In Appendix A, I wrote her corrected height at 125 cm and already submitted the docs on October 1. Will it not cause any issues with my applic?

Hi Guys,
We had our Medicals done today. My wife's BP was 138/90. All else was fine. I am somewhat worried that this may cause problems with VO/CIC. Can anybody confirm with prior knowledge whether this is acceptable or will it pose problems for our application?

No it would not be a problem ..138/90 is acceptable !!

It is positive for sure. Congrats. I also got same thing. DM on 01/10/15 on ecas. Mine also medical received line was not updated. I did my medicals on 18 sep. How many lines on your ecas..?

My processing started dated changed in ecas..
Firstly it was showing xx date in march..
Now it showing xx in feb..
But i got per after that date which they are showing now..
Does this means that vo has not started processing my file. Or my eligibility review at visa office is pending from last 7 months....please guide me regarding this...

it happened for all applicants which is done by CIC yesterday. nothing to be worried its just a general correction.

Hello Future Canadians, I am a single applicant, for seniors and for those who have landed already, I plan to land in Toronto (from Dubai), and intend for 1 week stay to finish immigration landing formalities then go to New York for 1 week vacation (I already have US multiple entry visit visa), then head back to Dubai.

I know it is a challenge to leave Canada without the Permanent Resident Card which could take up to 3 months; hence, I have a cousin in Edmonton, is it fine to have PR card addressed to them even though my point of entry is Toronto? I know these cities are very far apart.

Finally got our passports back after stamping from ADVO. Now the preparation starts to fulfill our landing formalities in our dreamland. Thank you all for all the help and support for all these months. It has been a great journey and it will continue for many more years to come.
