its been more than 8 month of 2nd line update and around 20 days of telephonic verification. But no MR yet. So how much time do they take to send any notification after telephone verification? Anyone has idea?

Did they called you directly, what did they asked you, I think you can expect in next two weeks from NDVO.

I have seen one case where the CIC called up and enquire whether he will be able to travel within 3 months as it was 9 months since he has done medical. He said yes and after some days he got the passport call.

I have a friend /also vo Bucharest/ that received 6 months after MR - PPR... She flied a week after she got the passport stamped! :

I have submitted both expired and new one. They pasted VISA on new PP and stapled both PPs.

I don't believe we do get asked but I've been told that we do?

Can anybody share their experience.

Yes, they do ask how much you are carrying. The officer has right to even check your pof. Is always better to follow the protocol to carry required POF

How do we get CERTIFICATE OF IMMUNIZATION? and this require if we travel with family ????

YOu need to get it signed /stamped by your chid's pediatrician . The form confirms that stipulated vaccines were given to the child as per schedule
If you are permanently setting right away, then better carry the immunization form for each of your child as it would be required for admissions in schools.

Can anyone plz let me know if there is certain validity requirement for international passport for visa stamping?

Do we have any CIC rules like " International passport should remain valid at least for 6 or 12 months after the date when immigration visa expires"?

hi guys. just want to know what exactly happens after getting your medicals done and once the results were already submitted to CIC. arent the background checks/verification done before medicals? im just wondering how long will it take for me to have an update ini my ecas that says "We received your medicals last..." and PPR. as you can see from my timeline, medicals were done last august 12. whats the usual processing times after MR going to PPR? thank you.

Ya , they called my employer first ans within some seconds i got call. they inquired everything regarding job responsibilities, no. of staffs at office, their name, whether they are permanent or temporary. What kind of project do you have and asked to provide name and amount. Such tiny things they had asked me. Does my boss have brother or not.? if yes what is the name etc. How did you get this job? how many applicants were there? where is the office and what is the home address of my boss . No one can give correct answer of all question.
My boss told that he has a brother but i could not give that answer as i didn't know his brothers name. How could i list the name of all the employees? there are many employees and i don't know their names.
It s been more than two weeks that i got the call but i have not heard anything from VO.

CC Charged: 08-Jan-2015 | PER: 30-Jan-2015 | AOR: 24-Feb-2015 | SLU: 17-Apr-2015

Med Req: 06-May-2015 | Med Done: 11-May-2015 | Furtherance Request: 29-May-2015 | Re-Med Completed: 13-Aug-2015


My ECAS is in the "new" format, so the traditional TLU of "Medicals have been received" would be 6th line for me. However "Medicals have been received" has not been updated yet even though I have successfully completed re-medicals on 13-Aug and hospital has updated the same on 17-Aug.

My question is: Has anyone in the forum received TLU recently? If yes then when was the medical done? Any thoughts would be helpful.
