Please suggest.

Thanks.

Hi,

Today I got email from Warsaw,

They requested me to provide the passport copies of all pages of all the applicants.

Those who got the same email please advise , do I have to sent the soft copies by email or hard copies by courier , or both.

Thanks

Dears,

Finally i received the PPR yesterday (17th August-15) :) :)

I have some doubts, they require the additional information chart to be filled and sent with the PP. The prob is that its in PDF format and its not allowing me to type my info. Is it possible to hand write it? As explained by GSW, Insert a table in word and fill it or take the print out of PPR email and hand write it. i did handwrite on mine

Secondly, the date of the attached correspondence is mentioned as 4th August-15 (although i received it on 17th) and they need the pp within 30 days. Is that normal? That could be an error from VO. Send your PP as soon as possible

My main concern is the hand written thing. Kindly advise

Congratulations Buddy !!! :) :) :)

Hi guys! ;D
It seems just yesterday when I decided to make my Canadian dream come true. I just want to thank everyone here especially people who took their time to answer my sometimes, insipid questions. My whole application is DIY so I'm really thankful that this kind of forum exists. I hope we all continue to help each other in one way or another. The real journey starts on the job hunting phase, anyway LOL.

I'm already here in Ontario and we're enjoying a non-scorching hot summer (well to my Filipino standards anyway) and everyone is wearing shorts but me, haha!

Awesome ... Good Luck my friend

Completed our landing formalities at rainbow bridge on saturday. I would suggest for other people to avoid landing at rainbow bridge on saturday due to long waiting hours. We waited for almost 4 hrs. Officer suggested others to go peace bridge or other bridge on niagara for this due to heavy work load.

I had been asked for pof and address proof. Also they asked about cash i am carrying....

Thanks

Thanks Buddy for sharing your experience. Good Luck

I just noticed that my passport tracking status is changed as below.

Visa application, tracking ID No.XXXXXXXXXXXXXX – Passport has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Centre, on 20/08/2015 vide courier partner. To track the status of the shipment, please visit courier partner website.

Here I have a question on how I can track my courier, what will be my tracking ID and who is the courier partner.

Call the VFS Helpline and they should be able to provide you the Tracking ID.

Congratulations in advance

Hello everyone....we did our medicals last Wednesday n paid RPRF online n emailed RPRF receipt n emailed passport copies....
Some folks suggested me to also courier all these docs...but WVO email stated either email or courier - so I just emailed it....
how long does it take to reflect it on our ECAS saying medicals received????

My application received by CIO on May 12' 2014 and started processing on September 3' 2014. I received email from CIO on September 9' 2014 that my application can't be processed further as education assessment doesn't satisfy their requirements. After that i responded to CIO with revised and more clear WES report and on that basis i received another email from CIO November 17' 2014 with PER :) and mentioned that application has been transferred to visa office.

Since then i don't have any update and worrying part is that ECAS is still showing old result where they rejected the application. I have emailed to visa office two times and they responded that my case is in process and i don't have to do any thing. Please suggest is this my case exceptional or is it normal to take these many days?????

Please respond as i am new :(

hello, if wvo stated u can do it by email, as long as the documens were scanned clearly i think it s okay to send it electronically. And with regards to medicals, standard time for the VO to review the medical results take 1-5months, however, it u may receive it in no time as everything is on their discretion. Just keep your faith that wverything will be fine.. The importnt thing is that no abnormalities were found in any of the initial medical tests u performed, this will limit the waiting period compared to those who unfortunately underwent furtherance tests (those with abnormalities like in their xrays). Thank u . Hope it helped. Hehe

hi everybody

i am a pakistani applicant my visa office i mentioned in the form was Islamabad but case is processed in London visa office i did receive a PER from cic on 4th march 2015 i applied on 15 th december 2014 in my PER they told that my application is now put into proceesing and my application was going to sent to the visa office since i received my PER i didnt hear anything from cic i am worried now as i also check on ecas online but there is nothing there it showed that there is no record of my application

waiting for replies :(

Hi All,

My Case is also same.

Application returned from CIC on 5th March 2015. But still haven't got my application package back. (today 21s Aug 2015).

Can you please help in my below query.

1 ) As per CIC , they returned the package with regular mail (I think Canada Post) so delivers for Canada Post in India.
2) My address is Bhopal (M.P) , So if in india the packages delivered by India Post which office should i contact , My local post office says that they haven't got any package also Bhopal G.P.O replied the same.

Just to add on , I called CIC on 20th Aug 2015 and check return address and it is correct , and they haven't got my application back as undelivered.

Any links or suggestions will be helpful

Hi,

Need your advice. My sister applied for canadian immigration under FSW program- category 3112 in May 2014. She has now got her passport stamped with immigrant visa and COPR but she hasn't landed in Canada yet. Now, she is getting married in next few months and I was wondering if she can add her spouse in the application after marriage so he can also get PR and then they can both land at the same time. We know this is going to add more time to the process. Please advice or inform if you know of any similar cases.
Thank you very much.

Hi,

Don't make mistake of marriage before landing and getting PR. If she got married before landing to Canada then her PR would be cancelled. This has happened in past also with few candidates who got married after getting Visa but before landing.

She will need to land first in Canada and become PR after that her husband will apply as family sponsorship. It will take around 1 year but that is right process.

Hi.. Can anybody share a link which officially states that we can settle in any province (except Quebec) with PR through FSW..?

Hey bro, are you sure about this? As per seniors on this forum itself and my attorney, as long as a person has a valid time period to land and if there is a change of status (in this case marital) one can add their spouse on their application itself even after getting the approval. The PR will be cancelled only in case the applicant fails to inform CIC about their change in marital status. You are right about the time period though. It takes about a year to sponsor your spouse separately but it takes 3-4 months if you add your spouse on your application. You are obviously more senior here and I just want to understand what you mentioned above. Thanks.

Hello Friend,

If the applicant gets married while the application is still in process, and does not add the spouse on the file, then they loose the right to sponsore the spouse in the future but if you get married while application is in processs and inform the VO before getting the visa, then you should be ok. Incase you have already got the visa, then get married, I don't think there should be an issue, but you might still want to check that with the VO by raising a CSE.
