One of my frnd also applied under FSWP ...his passport got damaged due spill over of tea upon it... he is at the stage of SLU but no medicals have been generated... what should he do now...should he reapply ASAP... and what is the procedure to inform CIC
and will it affect his processing time and decision outcome (i mean strong back ground checks)

Help required on urgent basis... pls help...

he/she should renew the passport and send updated passport while sending MR documents.

Dear Seniors,

Below are the main points of my query.
. I have received my MR (LVO)at 1st May and done our medical in 12th May except my wife X-RAY as she was 11 weeks pregnant.
If we do X-ray now, I think she will be able to only fly until before 32 weeks which is 25th of September.
We have total 13 weeks (3 months) left from now before completing 32 weeks for the remaining process (...any additional req...PPR and Visa).
Will it be reasonable to go for X-ray now and hope for rest of the processing within the above time line?
· If do the X-ray now and visa also issued to 3 of us but unfortunately airlines does not allow to fly or any other medical complicacy not able to fly, then would it be possible latter to add the new born in the application?
· If we able to land Canada before 1month of delivery, would it be possible to avail the medical facilities for delivery?
· Due to this X-ray now / or after delivery decision there must not create any complication in my application and I need your advice/guidance on this.
· Considering above could you please advise the best solution on how to proceed with the next steps?

As per current trend 8-10 working days..

Does it actually take 8- 10 days ?

I got PPR AND DM , but I am out of my home county and travelling back by the 26th July. I would pass the 30 days deadline to submit my passport and as I need my passport for the 26th to travel back home I am confused if i should send my passport now and hope for it to be returned to me in time for my travel. I am not sure what to do.

Also how do you transmit passport ? i am asked to submit to New Delhi and I am based in Kuwait but currently in Australia on holidays.

Dont worry abt Assigend by or to...due date is when IO review yur file agian, as it was 20th you should expect next update in coming few weeks. Just keep an eye on any kind of verifications at your current or previuos work place.

As per the Indian law you can't send passport through courier to India.

Neither you can authorise a person to submit your passport at VFS India nor send an e mail to both the Embassy of Canada in Kuwait and NDVO to get permission to submit passport at Embassy of Canada in Kuwait.
