I am new to this forum.I have done my medical 6th May .Still waiting for PPR.My visa office is Colombo.

How long it takes to PPR since Medical.

However i sent to the 38 Grosvenor Street, London W1K 4AA address.

I was notified the address has changed. Can some one please tell me the right address because i see two addresses

Congrats, I am having similar timelines and noc. Did you get any request for additional documents or any communication from NDVO in after medicals? What's your guess for the delay?

Ya they requested me for mexico PCC..and i had to do the procedure throgh CIC mexico.
It took them 5 months to provide it.

Yes it is possible. My file is in verification after TLU. I got TLU 9 months back.

My God, everybody are under the impression that once you receive MR Request, it is received by you once all sorts of verification are done. I am sure you have scared to death by saying that verification can happen even after TLU, I am scared if not anybody else.

Can you please confirm if there was any other reason for the verfication or was it a normal background verification after TLU.

Please reply; will have to spend sleepless nights till I receive the DM/PPR.

Thanks for the PM; yes, as you feel and have gone through it, I think we should keep our fingers crossed until we receive the Passports back from the VFS or warsaw. All the very best for your process, at least it should be speedy now.

Hello All,

I am waiting for PPR from NDVO. Currently my wife and son is in Dubai on tourist visa and expected to return in India in Sept 2015.

I query is: If I will get PPR in couple of weeks than Can my wife & son directly deposit Passport in Canadian High Commission, Dubai for visa stamping?

If yes than how?

Is there any other option for visa stamping other than coming back to India to send their PP at NDVO...?

Hi Seniors,
I have one Query , need your sussgetsion... We got our Visa stamped and are planning to land in the month of August in Toronto, My daughters Passport is Valid for 7 months from the date of travel
my queries are
1. Do we require the Return ticket as my daughters passport is about to expire
2. Can we renew the passport once we land in canada or do we need to wait untill we get PR card
3. If can renew in canada , Is there any limitations such as we need to renew prior to particular months of Expiry ( 6 or 3 months prior to expire)
4. any link where we can get all details
