Dear Seniors / Friends
DM date is 14th April , but as my spouse PP was getting expired on 30th June, we have received a call from Canadian High Commission, New Delhi that they require a renewed PP scanned copy which i have couriered & mailed on 13th May...

Its been more than a month i have not received anything from them...

Please update with your experience..AM Really Worried now !!!!

Hi Amit,

Probably, They must have set a BF'D (Bring to forward date) on your file which means they will review your file again when the date they set is near. Once they review your file & documents, You will receive PPR.

Hi Guys,

How much its important to include a covering letter along with passports and other documents at the time of submitting docs in VFS.

Pls suggest

Buddy, I do not think it is mandatory unless you want to provide them any specific info. Passport request letter print out is sufficient along with photos, Passport copies and Family chart.

I didn't send any cover letter with my passport and i received my visa.

Dear Friends,

I did a short landing in Toronto with my family this weekend and back to my home country . The landing formalities were smooth and the immigration officials were very friendly. Don't feel bad, buddy. My application was received before yours but I haven't had SLU yet. 8)

yes but warsa vo has already give DM to dec. 1 app. thats why i am feeling worried .

Once you receive PER and the application is passed to a Local VO.

Comparing timelines will only increase anxiousness and restlessness. I know how that feels.

Trust me, You will soon have your share of good news.

After waiting for 197 days completely today i got the golden mail of PPR. Thanks almightly god and Pashupati Nath temple for blessing.
