Has anyone got a MR requestfor NDVO for may and june 2014 application
I am in that time line as my application is in june 2014 and due to my daughters birth and addition of her name in the application was done some months back.
I have come to know that my daughters 150 CAD DD is encashed from the bank does this mean we all will get MR request soon.

MR and RPRF : 15.12.2014
Medicals done : 24.12.2014
3rd Line : 02.01.2015
Request for additional documents : 23.05.2015
DM : 18.06.2015
PPR : 19.06.2015

Please find the timelines on the left

I have certain queries regarding the landing procedure:

1. I am planning to land first followed by my wife and daughter in 2-3 months. Is it possible ? do I need to carry their COPR as well with me or can they travel on their own ?

2. I am preparing my B4 sheet, do I need to fill 'goods to follow' sheet as well, for the luggage my wife will be bringing in ?

3. Lastly, for 3 persons, CIC recommends $18000 CAD. I don't have that much amount of money right now, but I do have $7000 with me. I am planning to collect PR card, come back and sale off some property to accumulate that much amount. Will I be allowed to pass through at my destination, or will be detained at the airport itself ? Can I show the indian bank statement with CAD equivalent amount of money ?

To answer your 2nd question 1st, Yes you need to fill "goods to follow" also eventhough they will be brought by your wife or anybody who accompanies you. I dont think you can enter into Canada without showing required mandatory POF. What is the hurry?, u can leave INDIA after selling your property only.

I already sent letter to VO of my earlier refusal of US Visa which I did not listed earlier and sent updataed form IMM5669 as well. My consultant said letter by post is already enough and no need to send CSE. Is it ok not to send to send CSE as i keep on insisting to consulant to help send CSE?

Hi johnny_asd, i have a query, was ur US visa rejected after submitting PR application and you were asked by CIC to send an updated form IMM5669 for some other reason OR whether you voluntarily resubmitted the form ?? Can you mention the timelines for the turn of events like app submission, US visa rejection, updated form submission etc.. thanks

I got a MR request, however there is only one certified physician in panel in Seattle WA, the earliest available appoitment is 2nd week of august

Mail said i need to respond back with MR in 30 days,

You may not get an earlier date with the Seattle physician. I'd advise you to do 2 things simultaneously...send in a CSE to VO explaining your case, mention title 'URGENT' since they may not revert quicker otherwise...check the CIC site for alternative approved physicians and go there...make sure to call ahead and check whether the physician is registered for e-medical for quicker upload of the medical results...in my case, the doc uploaded the results the same day n i got a TLU very quickly...even before my MR & RPRF reached the VO...which was a bit surprising.

Don't worry partner, check this out....i m sure you'll find some solace...hold on...you will hear back soon enough...dont worry about others timelines..remember each case is unique for the VO !!

No they haven't sent me any notification for the US rejection. I myself noticed the mistake and pro-actively sending them updated form and letter. Letter has been through post but I wnt to send CSE through consulatant aas well.

regular mail is enough, remember too much CSE eats execution time from your file processing
