Disclose, dont hide anything, a disclosure may delay an application but if you hide anything it may lead to rejection with an entry ban

Thanks if it is from Date of landing irrespective we deposit the documents by a 2 weeks from date of landing then its fine.

I was in a impression that they will consider 90 days (3 months) from the date when we deposit the documents in the nearest service centre.

U can sign lease agreement with ur uncle. Its the fastest and easiest way. Otherwise, the bank statement thing takes at least a week.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, Ontario health coverage has nothing to do with date of registration. Its from day of landing written on ur copr and ur ontario address u have mentioned.

The time taken between SLU & TLU is almsot 7 months. I think tis delay is only in my case in the entire world. So, when I can I expect my PPR mail in my inbox???

Quite a very long time between Medicals done and Medicals received, very unusual. Any reasons you aware about for the delay? did you raise a CSE/GCMS notes or any communication in this time lag?

sorry if it was discussed before, i didn't have a chance to go through all posts here....you're saying that the ecas status changed to DM, and you/people didn't receive PPR? what about RPRF?

yeah, people who have received DM on 7th 8th 9th and 11th May, they've not received PPR.
RPRF etc everything is done. Only PPR is pending.
Its so hard to be on this stage... I'm unable to understand how NDVO can ignore this..

Have received Medical request on 28th May and today have sent out all the documents by courier to Warsaw. Have also sent docs by email - scanned copy.

Advice Needed on US H1B and Canada Landing :

We received PPR sometime back and sent passports for stamping!! My wife is primary applicant for Canada. Meanwhile, before we received medicals, I was hired by an US employer (referred by my brother in US). Luckily, my application is also picked up in lottery.

But, we want to move to Canada around July end, and I am not sure how this would impact H1B. We want to complete landing in Canada and my wife would actively search for jobs in Canada. I would want to go for stamping in Canada. Is it possible?

Alternatively, We would like to complete H1 stamping here in India, which might take another 4-6 months Then I would move to US immediately, join my employer. All of us would complete landing formalities in Jan 2016 (Medicals were on March 30, 2015). After an year or so, I would like to take an internal transfer to Canada and settle there.

H1 stamping is not easy, we wouldn't want to wait for it and lose few months to settle in Canada. Please advise how we should proceed.

Wow that was a double shot! U.S. green card lottery and Canada PR. You must be a lucky person.
I lived in the USA and it is also a wonderful place and an excellent job market. Canada however is safe and a lot of opportunities exist there. Try to keep both chances alive.

No its not from submission of docs, if u provide them on 90th day, ur coverage will start from next day. Although, i am 99% sure that its from landing date on COPR (if address provided at the time of landing is same as of address for which u provided POF). However, it may be from date of issuance of "proof of address" document. That is why, i preferred lease agreement as it can be dated from date of landing. Note that acceptable bank stmnt is the one sent by post, my bank provided me a letter as proof of address, but it was not accepted.
