Dear Seniors,

query please!!

I had sent all my papers including original IELTS result, PCC, passport, CAD 550 draft as spouse fee (as my wife is primary applicant), education & work documents via courier on 18th March which was recieved by srilanka office on 25th March & CAD 550 was debited & i had received the confirmation reciept on email the same day.

Now we got MR & RFPR email last week and they have again asked for these documents (my documents only) to be sent again. though i have replied to them mentioning the same but are these emails which come from immigration office Automated once or manually sent to candidates??

2nd query is whether can we send the scanned copy of original PCC (for my wife) or need to send the hard copy via courier...KINDLY advise

Another question i have...on which stage VO do the verification check part (including criminal background check). Also, i had a case against myself around 7 years back that got cancelled (as it was a fake case) will that impact the application in anyway. i had applied for PCC & PASSPORT renewal and recieved both of them with verification successully. done... Also travelled out of country couple of times in last 2-3 years.

Better you disclose that old issues and the reasons for cancellation in detail. So that they can understand that you didn't hide anything.

Better disclose, and try to get proofs that the old case and cancellation was a mistake.
