I forgot to submit the passport bio-pages along with the documents requested for medical. Its already passed 60 days after medical request. My 45 days to submit all document was over on 12/05/2015. My TLU is updated on April 3rd and I came to know that my DD for RPRF is also cashed. Just now I read the MR mail properly and raised CSE and attached the soft copy of bio pages of passport along with the message.

I am worried whether my negligence will effect the processing. I am planning to send the hard-copy tomorrow morning by speed post.

Please suggest

Yes it was negligence on your part . . . . But now, since the mistake is done, I would say dont get upset about and maintain calm. CIC cannot reject your application based on this negligence. . . . .

Since, you have raised CSE, I would strongly suggest to mail them hard copies as well . . . .

For now, Dont worry and stay cool . . . .

Well the amount of time depends on a lot of things. Which is your VO and when did you get your email saying that your filed has been received by CIC?

Yes NDVO won't proceed on two separate activities parallelly. Whenever you add/remove a member from the application the VO does put it on hold till all formalities are complete. I sailed in the same boat, received MR for me and my wife on 10th feb, then I submitted my child's docs in April and recently on 14th May i received MR for my child. Till then I received no PPR. Now I am going to submit my child's MR receipts soon and then I expect NDVO will take the process forward towards PPR. Such delays are irritating but thats how things work at NDVO.

By the way what's TLU and what security checks are you talking about?

Exactly same with my case, I got my son MR on 12th May and completed on 18th may...now waiting for PPR, rest of the details left in my timeline...(May applicant)...

No need to worry, you are ok. This is small error and I am sure it doesn't affect whole process. If it gives you mental relief then send hard-copy as well, but no need.

In order to add the child to an application for permanent residence, we require the following documents:
• processing fee for your child (if accompanying you to Canada)
• your child's birth certificate
• copy of your child's valid passport
• 4 recent photographs of your child
• updated IMM0008 Generic for yourself and updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” form for yourself and your spouse.
