hi Seniors,

Please advise on below points:

1) How long does it take normally to get PPR after 3rd line updated (28th April) where I yet need to send the MR completion document of new born on Monday 18/05.

2) How much time they give to do for passport submission after PPR as I need to give my son's passport of UK Visa which will take around a month to complete and after that only I can able to submit the passport for PPR.

Thanks
Amit
Hi Amit as per the latest timelines updated by other from NDVO who got PPR is on average of 30 t0 45 days after 3rd line.

So proceed to submit your Son's passport for UK Visa.

The fastest way to get your stamping done would be to raise a CSE with New York Visa Office once you receive the Passport Request. NDVO never even replied to my CSE. I got my Passport back with stamp in 12 days from New York.

Need urgent Help!!!

I've got the Passport Submission Request from NDVO on 11th May 2015 and I spoke with VAC in NY and took what they asked for there. They said they don't deal with the Permanent Visas there. So I went to the Canadian Embassy in NY and asked them. They have asked me to raise a request with NDVO copying NY Embassy as they are the leader on the file and can instruct further. Please suggest at the earliest what should I do???

What address should I send it to? or if there is any phone number I can reach to? Please suggest at the earliest. I am in the US and my family is also here.

Thanks Sreeramp,

Do they give 30 days for passport submission like they give for Medical request?

Yes Amit they Normal give 30 days times to submit passport. But if you want to get extension for any reason you can send email about the same and they will extended.

We have seen this happened with couple of our senior applicants.

Rest is to you to decide and taking a call....

Hi Guys,

Need your expert opinion on this,

Once I do my landing, can I immediately come back to India and fly back to Canada without my PR card in my hand?

I want do the landing formalities for my family along with me and then drop my daughter back in India, within a weeks time.

Raj

After completing the landing formalities for your and your family, yes you can come back to India immediately.

But the Visa stamp which you will receive on your passport will be eligible for Single entry only.

To fly back you need to have PR Card in Hand at the Port of Entry in to Canada..

You need to raise a CSE with NDVO explaining them you and your family are in US on so & so visa status.

Then NDVO will check and reply back to you to submit the passports most likely with Ottawa Canadian Immigration to get the Visa Stamped.

Submit the CSE with NDVO at the earliest, also send email to NDVO email id's explaining your situation.

Good luck for rest of your process.
