I received 4-th line update today - Decision Made;

I am so stressful since I don't know what kind of decision has been made. I didn't received Passport Request email...

Usually I see applicants getting email first and than status update to Decision Made

Should I contact CIC and ask them or its pointless since that will not tell me... and if its positive how long I need to wait for email, please advise

You should be fine! My status was updated first and then I got the email after almost 2 weeks. Good luck with everything. You'll get PPR email soon.

Interestingly, I have seen lot of members here being requested for PCC after MR.

In my case, my consultant asked me to submit it along with the initial application.

Are they delivered? As far as I know, only a letter is delivered intimating the applicant that the PR card is ready to be picked up! It's a short march to your PR centre, then!

Hi seniors

I did not write studio name and date of photo taken behind the photo which i submitted with PP. in my PPR mail just mentioned send 4 copy PP size photo no more than 3 months old . only one photo behind must be write applicant name and date of birth and follow the photo specifications available in CIC website . In CIC website there is a point need to write studio name and date of photo taken is need in one photo behind . but in my PPR mail did not told anything directly regarding this issue.Thats make me confused...Plz help

Guys, I received MR along with the following document request from WVO. Can you please help:

-Police certificate(s) from India for your spouse and must include former name. (Now i know that the passport office doesnt write the former name on the PCC so what are they expecting here? Do i need to go the state where she stayed before marriage and procure this? Are there any other options?

Another question to those who had their files transferred to WVO......where do we courier the physical documents? NDVO or WVO office address:

Regarding PCC for your wife............. ....please explain in detail as too whether she has changed her name after marraige and which place did she belong.... so that we can understand your case and help u

Regarding document you will have to courer them to WARSAW. In my MR mail they have only mentioned that Passport copies of all applicants can be mailed but the attachment shd not be more than 4 MB as their system do not support the same....................so I feel its better to courier all documents to WARSAW...............NO documents are to be sent to NDVO

Thanks Gaurav....yes my wife has changed her last name after marriage infact only when we renewed the passport. She belongs to UP so i am thinking i would approach the local PS there but i dont think we can ask them to write both her former and current last name on the PCC document. That is what i find worrying.

Can you also confirm the WARSAW visa office address that you will be mailing the documents to?
