Dear, I checked in Grand Mall, muscat. They said they will not do this service in Oman. Any other options do i have, kindly reply.

Rajeev only option is to travel to India and send it to NDVO as I would not even recommed to send passport through courier or raise a CSE to NDVO explaining your situation and le them give to solution but this might take time and you would loose some valuabe days....its your call now buddy

All the best !!

Guys,

Has anyone attended the CIIP program via online option?

1. What is the fee for CIIP program?
2. What information can you expect when attending online?
3. Is there 1 to 1 session when to register for CIIP via online channel?

sorry my mistake. I read as oct 2014. I guess you will hear from them soon.

So good to see so many PPR's over last two days....seen many friends waiting for long got PPR finally...finally it semms NDVO has geared up...:)

I am celebrating 5 months after medicals :P lets hope wait gets over this week

Congrst and all the best to everyone who got PPR and who is waiting..:)

Hello Arkscan,

firstly I want to thank you for taking out time to reply to my crazy situation. its just amazing to see friends helping in the forum.

i totally understand your point. but just wanted to write down certain more points for benefit of all and for my clarification as well:

1. what i understand after talking to the hospital staff and few senior members here is that when proof of completion is sent, its the job of ndvo to update the medicals. the way it goes is that when the hospital updates the medicals, the RMO checks the result and updates it on gcms for the visa officer to see.
now when proof of completion is sent, the hospital has no role to play and the visa officer looks at the older IME no./upfront medical number, and sees the medical result coding, and if satisfied, does the updation................this was told to me by the doctor at MAX, delhi.

2. the most important point bugging me is that i have sent all what was required through courier well before the deadline(the deadline was 25th april, and my courier reached on 29th march). so is there any iota of rejection just because of my actions(meaning sending proof of medical completion)???

3. i completed medicals on 19th march, and got MR for PR on 25th march, so isnt it right just to send proof of medical completion anyways.

hope i could make myself clear.

the thing im concerned is i have waited 7 months for MR, now i dont want to see any negative impact on my application.

thanks a lot...

Hi indresh,

What I believe will happen at this point is, since you have submitted ur Student Medical proofs (and I think u raised a CSE informing them as well), NDVO will contact the Hospital and request them to upload ur Medical Reports to ur PR Application...then depending on when the Hospital uploads ur reports, they will assess and give u the 3rd line update...

Now, theoretically, since u have submitted ur PCC they can do ur Criminality Check simultaneously and they can also do ur Security Check as well...So immediately after 3rd line of Medicals, u can get ur 4th line DM and PPR

But, practically :), what we have seen in NDVO, is that due to the huge volume of apps being processed simultaneously they keep setting due dates and follow a sequential order of processing...From my (and one other applicant's) GCMS Notes, I know that only after Medicals were passed, they waited for a few days, then shifted the file to the department called ECU-RFV (Ready for Visa)...then after a few days, ECU-RFV conducted the Security and Criminality Checks (it doesn't take much time) and finalized their decision...

Say for example, they gave u time till 15th April for completion of Meds...u provided Proof of Medicals on 10th April..on 10th April, they may have set a Due Date of maybe 30 days later like 10th May for completion of Medicals Check...and in d meantime sent a request to Hospital for results upload and apart from that set aside ur file to process..now depending on how quickly the hospital responds, say ur results are uploaded by 25th April...but ur file may not be opened until near about 10th May (which was the Due date set)...After which it'd take another couple of days for ur Meds 3rd line, and then they mark the file as 'awaiting RFV checks' and set another due date around 30 days later like 10th june...Near around 10th june, the file moves to ECU-RFV department, the Officer gets assigned and he completes ur Sec & Criminality checks and finalizes the file in another 2 days.>So the actual task of processing takes very less time but the file movement, due dates, etc increases the lag time and cause the delay...Now say, if the 1st Due Date of 10th May is missed by the Hospital itself, they may again set another Due Date another 30 days later which causes a down-the-line delay in the whole process...hope u understand this long, complicated example what I'm trying to say.... :P

So just keep ur fingers crossed for a speedy 3rd line update...After that, you can certainly expect DM in May but i feel chances may be less....The first half of June is a more realistic estimate....Just hold on and try to be patient for a while longer...Good luck :)

Hi Team,

Any May 12 Applicant like me, STILL WAITING FOR PPR?
We did our Medicals on Nov 11 and the results uploaded on Nov 17, 2014.

GCMS received last week, shows MEDICAL status SENT (Don't know what it means) for my Spouse (Rest family approved) and CRIMINAL Checks IN PROGRESS for ALL.

Looks like my case is gone into an endless loop :( :( :(

I m still waiting for my MR from NDVO since SLU 4th March. I left my job in October 2013 after marriage and I am a housewife now..I applied on 29th August 2014 under noc 0113. I have 3+ years if experience and was drawing a mearge salary of rs 6000 per month. I have submitted attendance and salary slip of 3 years. Can the above b the reason for delay in getting MR???
My calculated points were 78..what are my chances. Recd per on 16th dec.

Its normal, MR can take as long as 2 months after SLU. If everything is genuine, then it will surely come sooner rather than later. :)
Keep praying :)
