Hello! We just got our confirmation of permanent reseidence in the mail.

We are still wondering is it normal that our son gets nothing? He was born in Canada
So he is a canadian but still shouldnt he be listed somewhere as a dependent at all?

Each case is handled differently due to complications \ issues with it and sometimes certain files go to registry (no officer assigned) for reasons we don't know.

Renewed in April 2015

Iam working abroad and also wants to travel home country and come back (when I come back it will be just 6 months validity, so renewed early) , as valid visa was their in old passport, I cannot renew from home country and have few job commitments too.

Plz inform me , should I write in covering letter to VO

if yes

How to write in cover letter to VO about this., in order to convince the VO

Hi friend, can u please tell me when did u send ur DD for RPRF to NDVO after medicals? bcoz its been more than 10 days since NDVO received my DD but its not been encashed yet.

Just wait for few more days. My DD reached on 7th April and ee got acknowledgment on 24th April. So you should wait for some more time. I think there is no acknowledgment for online payment. Only for DD they send acknowledgment.

Delays are normal at this stage. It could mean that your documents are being reviewed in detail and they may have triggered additional checks to validate them.
As long as all the paperwork furnished is true. Don't worry, sooner or later you will get the good news.

Relax friend, no convincing required. Passport renewal in-between FSW is very normal.
Email them your old and new passport details with a 4-7 liner mail explaining what docs you have shared and why. Mention you FSW File number in Subject and Body of email(UCI too).
