NDVO called my previous employer.. It was their third call... This time luckily they called at his cell number.


For ppl waiting for MR, you're most likely to get verification like this soon.. Remember don't say about anything that you are unsure .....
So for your reference, these were the questions they asked me
1 About my details... Employment duration..
2 How they selected me?? Whether I was referred by someone else..
3. My duties and responsibilitie.
4. How they paid me.
5. If it was through bank,then the bank name and branch.
6. Colleagues name and DESIGNATION

I Answered to the best f my knowledge....
They said they'd bother me again if it's needed...
Keeping my fingers crossed.....

Hello friends,

Regarding the medicals I have sent an urgent email to Ndvo stating the case and asking them to inform me if they need new medicals please inform me.

My MR date was 25th March and I completed 30 days today.

Sent my requested docs along with student visa medical receipts on 29th March and as per courier they are received at NDVO.

Now having my finger crossed and praying that my student visa medicals are accepted for pr app and if there is an issue they atleast intimate me.

Hope I get through this last hurdle soon.

not sure about that. Hopefully it wont.

Just pray for the brothers in Nepal and around the world where there has been damage.

Buddy,

Most of the IT Companies \ MNC's do not verify employee's information on Call. If VO calls for verification, they will be asked to send an email with proper authorization.

Reasons

• No Matter what the other person may say that he or she is. True identity of the person calling can never be validated.
• Most of the times, Calls come from competitors \ Job consultancies checking on how much the other company is paying the employees. more of social engineering.

I once had the same questions that you have right now and that was my HR's response

She (HR) just informed that if VO really is interested in knowing \ verifying applicants and they are genuine sources of VO. Then they should not have a problem validating who they are by sending an email through VO official mailbox.

Note : Verification does not happen for everyone. It is totally based on the documentation provided and Visa Officer's discretion. In some cases, few cases are picked up for quality checks

Have still got one query that why some ppl get so late in getting MR.. does their case checked for something else ( other than background check) while some get MR ranging from coupe of days to 2 weeks time..

First of all bro dont be worried .

Its normal in this world to have such stuff.

Canadian Immigration doctors will not block you for that unless there is seriously something wrong which could burden thier economy.

Stay relaxed, drink lot of water ,schedule your meds in early morning,take cool shower and go fresh

Hi there, I'm not on any meds. Trying to reduce BP/Weight naturally but I guess i will approach the doctor for a quick check up this evening.

Hi bro,

I am in Dubai.The doctor wanted me to do a full cardio check as he heard a different sound.Then I had to to Serum test,ECO cardio,stress test,ECG etc.My BP was bit high due to panic(White coat hyper tension),other than that everything was normal.It cost me 2100 AED .So do not worry.If your BP is high,the doctor might ask you to do serum test.It is not a serious heath issue.Cool

Each case is handled differently due to complications \ issues with it and sometimes certain files go to registry (no officer assigned) for reasons we don't know.
