Dont know whats happening..

Today I received this email from CIO-Sydney.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Regulation 12 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations states that if certain requirements are not met, the application and all documents submitted in support of the application will be returned to the applicant. A review of your application has indicated that your submission has failed to meet these requirements. We have attempted to return your application package to you, however the package has been returned to us as undeliverable.

They have asked for mailing address again.

MY CONCERN IS THAT I RECEIVED PER EMAIL ON 18TH JAN.
THEN I RECEIVED PHOTO REQUEST ON 18TH FEB.
PHOTOS WERE SENT AND DELIVERED ON 24TH FEB.

WHAT IS HAPPENING???

I HAD APPLIED IN TWO DIFFERENT NOC'S
DOES THIS MEAN THAT THE SECOND PACKAGE HAS BEEN RETURNED?

PLEASE ADVICE.
WORRIED

It's possible. Check your ECAS. If you still have an In Process on your ECAS you should be ok on the first application.

Presumably you used the same address on both applications. If they can't send your second application back to you that means if they need to send you something by post for your first application that might run into a problem too. Suggest you respond to them or raise a CSE to correct it.

If your child will be born in Canada it will be a citizen. But you still must add the child to your application in the sense of updating your forms, supplying birth certificate and passport, providing updated proof of funds, etc. It's just that your child won't need a visa.

Thank you again.

Is this going to be a legthy / time consuming process to send the application again.

Also, do you know how can I intimate VO for change in status and get their confirmaiton for delayed submission of medical results.

Regards
Gurjeet

ECAS just says one line: we received your application on so and so date....

They'll only send them within Canada.

oh ok! I didn't knew that they send these notes by post. So can I technically order these about 2 months before my planned landing at a friend's address?

Thanks

Yes, it says 'In Process'..

Yes, I used the same address in both.
But my concern is that the address hasn't changed. It is still the same.
I have responded to them and given them the address again.

What could possibly be wrong?
Do u suggest I should raise a CSE?

Best way to find out is that send them your SAME address thru a CSE. And ask them to check if they sent original package to this SAME address or is there a difference?

Oh yes, you can't raise CSE to CIO but you can email them instead!
