many r in the same boat including me ..........don't worry , we will soon be celebrating . just keep yourself involved in doing your preparations to pack up and your time will pass quickly .

Hi All

After a long long wait of 180 days I got my second line updated on Saturday. My time line is

App Date : June 18 2014
Addendum sent : Sep 16 2014
PER date : Oct 17 2014
Upfront medicals: April 7 2015
Med Uploaded : April 9 2015
2nd line updated : April 18 2015

It would have not been possible for me to wait patiently without the support of all you guys on this forum. I really thank you all and look forward for your blessings and good wishes.

Just awesome news. I am really happy to see that VO has started processing your files. You have waited for long so long with no updates but never showed any disappointments and kept helping others with their queries. That is just selfless contribution and have helped many in this forum.

VFS is a agency which provides visa services to the applicants who wish to apply, they have tie up with the countries. And one of service is to collect your passports and send to visa office for stamp.

Refer to this : http://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/india/ for more information on services provided by VFS

You can certainly send it by courier, However when VO will send the Stamped passports and COPR through speed post and there is no way you can track the return.

If you send it by VFS, You can check the status online.

There are 2 options with VFS

• You opt for collecting the passports from VFS Center directly or
• You can opt for courier which means once VO sends the passport back to VFS, It will be dispatched to your address through Courier

Check the Passport Transmission Services section on that url. You will get more information

Hi, Thanks for the information. The reason why I am asking is, the email registered with CIC is of my consultant as he is representative. Do CIC object on my CSE as I will put my email id in CSE.

That should be fine my friend. They will reply to mail correspondence you have provided while sending CSE

can anybody pls tell me how to pay RPRF in INR as I get it from CIC website, applicants from India can pay 22,400 rupees however when I try to pay rprf it only gives me option of $490.
