I'm planning to apply for Express Entry under a different NOC.
Does CIC store the info I had sent earlier in it's database, as I'd like to edit some info.

Any guidance is appreciated in advance :)

I don't think so.. Your details are stored only when you are given application no. So no worries and go ahead. All the best.

Subject: Updating of Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669]

Aashif_eee, Date of Birth: January 01, 1928

UCI: 8000000, Application No. E00012

Dear Sir,

During submission of my FSW application in May 2013, I made one mistake on Question No. 6d

on page 1 of 4 of Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669]. This question indicates

about refusal of any type of visa application around the world. I should have been checked as

“YES” instead of “NO” for this answer as I applied for study permit at the University of

Saskatchewan of Canada on August 2011 which was refused due to some reasons as mentioned

in the attached refusal letter issued on August 12, 2011.

I am sincerely making my apology for this mistake as I assumed the refusal of study permit do

not fall under those lists of visas. This was totally unintentional and not to hide or conceal

anything from my side.

I just discovered this error a few days back and decided to send an updated Form of “Schedule

A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669]” in favor of you.

I am begging your kind consideration in this regard and thus keep updated my file with newly

submitted information.

Sincerely yours,

Ashif_eee (Principal Applicant)

Hi Experts please help,

I am super upset and am on the verge of writing a nasty email to NDVO.

My timelines are as follows and have no update since Oct 14
Application Recvd - 13th June 2014
PER Recvd - 15th Oct 2014
2nd line - 20th Nov 2014

Got the GCMS it says mis-representation verification - in process.

It will be 6 months now, and I have not heard anything yet. Really pissed.

Need your inputs, if anyone is in the same boat.

Dear Experts,

I have travelled multiple countries, although I have mentioned the same in the immigration form but unfortunately all of them are from old passport, whereas my application is filed with the new passport.

Do I need to worry about how Visa Officer will validate my travel details with the new passport.

Once your application is in, whether it is taken for processing or returned, you'll be alloted an UCI number which has all your details.
CIC scans the docs and saves it in their database...
