HI Bangalore folks

Can you please tell me where to get more information about the CIIP session in Bangalore.
I found out on this forum that there is one session on 21st April.
But don't know where it is and how to register.

Hi Seniors,

Need ur valuable suggestion. i m oct 20, applicant.
PER Date - 12 jan 2015.
NOC 2133.

Till date there is no further update on my application.

now i m in difficult situation, i have to enroll my child to 2nd class. We have given some donation to her school which is refundable when she will be leaving the school. As per school rules, if i want to withdraw my child from school i can do so only when her session is over and get the amount refunded along with transfer certificate.

In case if i am withdrawing my child in between session thn i have to pay the full year fees to school to get the transfer certificate.if i am not paying that i will be losing donation amount and transfer certificate both.

Can anyone plz suggest if transfer certificate is mandatory for admission to Canadian schools?

Also there is no update after PER, so do not know how much time it will take for further process. If visa is granted, then what is the minimum time period before which we can travel? (in case i m enrolling her for next class which will get over by April 10, 2016)

Please go ahead with your normal day to day activities. From when you do your medicals you have one year before your visa expire. So you can plan your travelling after your child complete the session. As for Canada you don't need any certificate to enrol there, they will be aadmitted to school based in their age

Dear Members,

Medicals done and third line updated in April. Waiting for PPR
Send PCCs and RPRF DD and received by NDVO in April.

My Passport is valid till Jan 2016.

The PCCs (India and Oman PCC) have my passport number on it

I want to know, If I renew my passport, will my PCCs are still valid or not, as I will get new passport with new passport number.

Secondly, as my third line is recently updated, Can I renew my passport now and send them via CSE, will it show any bad impression to the visa officer, as I did medicals and renewed the passport in such a short time.

Or Can I inform the VO about the renewal of passport after some time.

Should I postpone the renewal of the passport for a month

If you really feel that's necessary then there is no issues. The PCC required by the VO is to check that you do not have any criminal records as of now. Once you get your new passport the same has to be communicated to VO via CSE or by sending photo copies of the new passport with cover letter. They will accept it and it will not be considered as negative or will effect your application in any way....

It is required to have Passport 6 months valid at time of PPR ....So in your case PPR should occur before June 2014.....You should wait for PPR I personally think so....
When they ask for Passport then tell them the scenario..if required..Otherwise it will only dealy ur case by 1-2 months if passport is renewed..as it will add one more step.

Will there be any problem, if I renew my passport just 1 week after doing the medicals

Received the Medical receipts, PCCS, RPRF by NDVO and third line updated just a few days ago.

If I renew the passport now, will my case will be delayed, as the PCCs have old passport number, and it will be cancelled after renewal of passport.

When should I inform the VO about the renewal of passport (after getting PPR or just after renewal) - which one is the best option.

As I dont want to delay my processing.

This is a scenario of my friend,

He did medicals on Mar 10, sent PCCs and RPRF on same day, received by VO on Mar 17 and 3rd line updated on Mar 19

He renewed his passport on Mar 26, as his passport was due to expire in Feb 2016

I don’t know whether he did wise decision on renewing his passport or not.

He told me that, if he gets visa before august then, he needs to travel before September (as the passport validity will be 6 months)

some countries want 6 month validity of passport at the time of travelling. (don’t know about Canada ) and local Indian immigration authorities also may stop, if u don’t have 6 months validity of passport.

Secondly, he said if the passport is renewed, he can travel any time before the expiry of the visa (i.e till march 2016)

This is his view

Sorry to say this, but this NOC 4011 reached cap mid October. Applications are being returned now. There is a separate thread for NOC 4011.....will get the information if you check it.

Thanks, rejiss. But, I am already in Canada and working on the work permit at the University. Do you think I will count to the total 4011 CAP? My job is not permanent though.

RPRF sent and received by the grace of Allah... but the weired thing about my case is my ECAS has just 1 line IN PROCESS WE RECEIVED UR APP FOR PR ON 14 MAY2014 since i received PER on 27 Aug 2014... now guyz tell me how i will know that my meds are received by VO :'( why its just happening with me...
and by the way how much time i should wait now for Passport request...my visa office is london

Hello,

Can investment in Equity be shown as Proof of funds ?
In my case, some of the funds shown in bank during application, were later used to invest in Equity (which has grown in that time). But, the net bank balance is down from what was shown in application.

So, will I have to deposit that money back to maintain cash or equity investment can be shown if verification comes up.

It is only a technical issue. I believe the update on Ecas is manually input by the immigration officer. It might be an oversight on their side. For medicals enquiry, write to your local visa office ( case specific enquiry) and ask them if they received your Medicals. You should get an answer within 5 business days.

You need to register at CIIP website.....after registration you will get an email stating the whole schedule including Bangalore and you are required to select the session and mail them to book a seat....following that you will receive a confirmation mail...
Do register for all family members separately
