I received PPR email in December and received the COPR in Jan 2015 with the expiry date of 5th Oct 2015. My wife got pregnant in Feb 2015 and we havent landed in Canada yet to get the PR card. Her due date is in the 4th week of October.

If doctor advises her not to travel by flight, what are the options available to get the COPR extended for my wife alone. I am planning to go in Aug and get the PR card for myself. In the COPR document, it is mentioned to inform visa office about any change in family composition. So if i inform them now, is there a possibility for them to cancel the COPR and Visa for my spouse and then re-issue them after the kid is born and added.

Has anybody been in this situation before?

Please advise. It is very confusing to make a decision now.

Yes they will reissue visa and copr in such cases. We were also in the same situation and mailed vo. But as we got delayed reply before that we landed in canada for delivery. Then we got mail stating they will reissue visa along with baby documents after birth and gt to pay cad$30 for reissue. Anyways you can mail and check again with VO.

And reissue is for the whole family. If you get PR alone as far as I guess they won't reissue only for spouse and child. In that case family composition is changed and you have to sponsor them in future which is very long process.

I wish everybody a speedy process........and any guesses when can i expect PPR/4th line?

Need ur valuable suggestion. i m oct 20, applicant.
PER Date - 12 jan 2015.
NOC 2133.

Till date there is no further update on my application.

now i m in difficult situation, i have to enroll my child to 2nd class. We have given some donation to her school which is refundable when she will be leaving the school. As per school rules, if i want to withdraw my child from school i can do so only when her session is over and get the amount refunded along with transfer certificate.

In case if i am withdrawing my child in between session thn i have to pay the full year fees to school to get the transfer certificate.if i am not paying that i will be losing donation amount and transfer certificate both.

Can anyone plz suggest if transfer certificate is mandatory for admission to Canadian schools?

Also there is no update after PER, so do not know how much time it will take for further process. If visa is granted, then what is the minimum time period before which we can travel? (in case i m enrolling her for next class which will get over by April 10, 2016)

The hyper link on the first page is changed to DM status, the 4th line is added on the next page once you click on Decision Made.

I have a quick question for those who already received DM.
When the 4th line is updated on ECAS, does the outer hyper link which says "In Process" change to "Decision Made" ? Or it would still say "In Process" and we'd find the 4th line inside along with the other 3 lines, after we click on the "In Process" ?

As per my suggestion you must continue your kid study in school, as all of us know that PER means 90% acceptance of application but still you have not received any SLU and MR... Your application may take time in processing ,, min 3 to max 5-6 months.. So better continue kid school until you get PPR ..

None of the school will stop TC... but as per school rule you must pay all year fees... This rule in unlawful but its india... sab kuch chalta hai..

What will the fee for Medical Test in India?

In Hyderabad it costs->

Rs 4100/- in Cash per adults ; Rs 2300 per children (11-15 years); Rs 1600 per

children (5-10years) and Rs 1400/- per children (<5years)...It'd be approx the same in other cities...
