Dear friends,

I tried to make the RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE FEE. It is my and my wife.
I've selected on the online payment screen the number of APPLICATIONS (i was expecting to see applicants) 2 = 980 CAD.

The receipt is now on my name for the complete amount.

Is this correct, or I was supposed to make a separate payment for my wife with her name ?

No this is correct.....In the receipt generated, remember to update your (Principal Applicant) details including UCI #, etc before sending it to the VO..

Both those Applicants were in similar situation and now have got Visas..

Hi all,
I am june 2014 applicant. My second line was updated last month in march 2015.They said that "we started processing your application on 8 dec."
I am worried about medicals.why I have not received medical.Friends kindly guide me what to do.

Apply for GCMS Notes Buddy..But if ur 2nd line came in March I'd recommend to wait at least 60 days from the date of 2nd line..Background checks may be In-Progress...

Got my stamped passport back from NY Today. I sent my passport on 1st Apr and got it back within 10 days from NY Consulate.

Just want it share information with people. May be it will help somebody:

My original office was New Delhi. As I am in US, I sent a case specific request to NDVO AND NYVO sseparately that I want to get my visa stamped in New York. New Delhi office has not replied till date but NY OFFICE REPLIED WITHIN a week and asked me to submit the passport to their office.

After that I got passport stamped in another 10 days.

So it makes me think my case specific query to New York office worked.

Hope this information helps somebody.

Glad to inform that I have received the much awaited AOR from Warsaw office, but nothing regarding med, PCC, or RPRF request :-(. Would like to appreciate all the forum members for their invaluable inputs. God bless you all.

WHAT IS GCMS NOTES

Hi Buddy,

GCMS = Global Case Management System.
It's the interface used by Canada immigration to track and record a file processing electronically.
Each stage, file movement, comment of the officer and the decisions taken at each step get recorded in it.

We as applicants can ask for GCMS extracts to understand what's happening with out file. The request takes 30 days to be fulfilled and the extract is until the 1st day of the request made.

Congrats Canugc... My spouse has submitted in VAC NY on 27th March but yet to receive passport back.
