ANKUSH YOU MIGHT BE USING IMM5401 DROP DOWN MENU IN ECAS. IMM5401 IS NOT USED FOR PAYMENT OUTSIDE CANADA AND FOR RPRF.

I HOPE THE BELOW WOULD CLARIFY YOUR DOUBTS

What is the IMM 5401 Fee Receipt?
If you are filing an application with Citizenship and Immigration Canada within Canada, you usually have two ways to pay the application fee:
1. Pay online with your credit card (AMEX, MasterCard, or Visa only) provided you have
PDF Reader software
A valid email address
A printer to print your receipt
2. If you are unable to pay online or you just don't want to, then you can pay in person at a Canadian financial institutions. To do this, you need an IMM 5401 fee receipt to take with you to the financial institution. The financial institution will indicate on the receipt that you paid and then you can submit the receipt with your application.

Please note that if you are filing an application with CIC from outside of Canada there are different payment methods. An IMM 5401 Fee Receipt cannot be used for these applications.

What applications do I need to use the IMM 5401 Fee Receipt for?
The fee receipt is used to show proof of that you paid the application fees prior to submitting the application. You can use the fee receipt for the following types of applications:
Canadian Citizenship Application First Citizenship Certificate (within Canada only)
Citizenship Certificate / Card Replacement (within Canada only)
Search of Citizenship Records (within Canada only)
Extend My Stay in Canada:
Study Permit
Temporary Resident Permit Visa (Temporary Resident Visa)
Work Permit Application for Rehabilitation (within Canada only)
Verification of Status applications:
Authorization to Return to Canada Protected Person (Refugee)
Record of Landing (IMM 1000) replacement
Study Permit Temporary Resident Permit Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa)
Work Permit

My PP bio pages and RPRF online payment receipts were received by NDVO on 26th March, 15. Have sent it through Blue Dart.

Is there any way to find out that the online payment receipt has been added to my application? I have tried checking my eCAS status using receipt number but it is not working.

Friends

Finally today I got back my stamped Passport and COPR.
I had sent it via Courier on 19th March.

Congratulations rvp_deltario... ;D
here's a +1 for the good news. ....

Hi, I have applied in Sept 2014 my file was transferred to Colombo instead of New Delhi. I received an acknowledgment from colombo to undergo medical for myself & my wife, also to submit PCC & Pay RPRF. I did undergo my medical, couriered PCC and RPRF payment receipt to colombo.

Also it was mentioned in the mail in bold letters to RETURN THIS FORM ALONG WITH PCC. But i didn't find any attachment or form so i just took printout of same email and send it to them is it ok? or there is some form?

They received it on 31st March 2015. Can any one guide how much time it takes for next step? what is the next step? And people say once you received to undergo medical it means your PR is confirmed is it so? Also i checked with my references given they have not received any calls for reference check so will they and when? Pls some one can put light on it..

Also my timeline is:

I received an acknowledgement from CIC on 23rd September 2014.
7th Jan 2015 - I received a mail from CIC that you are eligible to process and file is transferred to New Delhi Visa Office.
5th Feb 2015 - I received a mail from Colombo Visa that my file is transferred to Colombo.
18th March 2015 - I received a mail to undergo Medical, PCC and RPRF fees.
21st March 2015 - I did my medicals, 22nd I paid my RPRF and send courier with PCC.
31st March 2015 - They received my courier with PCC, RPRF paymeny receipt and medical was given online by physician.

Byt my ECAS shows only 2 line:
1st - Received file on 23rd Sept 2014
2nd - Medical received

That's it.

Can any once pls guide me ..

Aug 13 applicant. Per on 3 dec and SL on 21 feb. Still no mr. Feeling very irritated, dejected and upset. Most of the August applicants have received their mr. Don't know what is happening with my case? Anyone with similar timelines who has still not received mr? NOC-1224. This is proving to be the worst nightmare for me. Atleast they should contact me if they are not satisfied or have some concern but no verification from their side also till now.
Regards,
Jigyasu

Jigyasu, dont lose hope.. Hang on tight,, you ve waited for so long nows the time we reap our fruit of wait.

just out of curiosity do u have any travel history and long work history etc that may delay the process.

Hi Seniors, I have a query

On March 9, we got a call from NDVO asking for my spouse's new passport copy to go further in process. We have renewed and sent the PP on March 20.

We called NDVO call center and sent a mail as well on March 30. No update from NDVO yet.

My questions are :

1. How many days usually they take to see the additional docs.

2. Can we send CSE for our case as we have already sent a mail.

Cheers,
Prarthu

Thanks niagracalling, appreciate it.... correct me if am wrong, but it seems that there is no provision for confirming that the online receipt has been attached with the application. Only DM status will confirm it.

FROM ALL THAT I VE GATHERED FROM THIS FORUM IT SEEMS SO..................

Hello bro,
Yes, I went to Canada on student visa and Thailand on visitor visa. But I don't think that should delay the process.
