Got CIIP invitation. I have registered for a session in May in Bangalore.

Dear CIIP Client,

We are pleased to invite you to attend the upcoming Canadian Immigrant Integration Program (CIIP) session. We encourage spouses and any adult children over the age of 16 to attend as well however, they will need to register in our website (www.newcomersuccess.ca) . We encourage you to leave any young children at home, as childcare facilities are not available.

In order to confirm your seat in your desired session:

· Please tell us how did you learn about CIIP

· Send a scanned copy of your Canada visa OR request for medical letter, for each person attending, if you haven’t sent already

· Send a copy of your Resume

· Let us know your intended date of departure

Please be aware that the Canadian Immigrant Integration Program (CIIP) is a completely free service offered through the support and funding of the Government of Canada. The purpose of CIIP is to help you find suitable employment in Canada faster by helping you prepare effectively before departure. We offer you:

1. Group Orientation Session (GO Session): 1 full day, Start time 8:30am to 5:30pm. An overview of Canada, the current economic situation, overview of Canadian provinces and regions, understanding destination and occupation options, challenges facing newcomers in finding jobs, solutions to those problems, writing a Canadian style resume, taking a Canadian interview.

2. My Action Plan Session (MAP Session): 1-2 hours, one or two days following the Group Orientation Session. The MAP Session is a personalized one-to-one session with a CIIP Orientation Officer, where you will develop an Action Plan, and receive direct referrals to Canadian organizations that assist immigrants. You will be notified of your MAP Session timings in advance.

Did anyone get his stamped passports from NDVO today?? What about people who have submitted on 18th, 19th, 20th and 23rd March?
 
Aug 13 applicant. Per on 3 dec and second line on 21 feb. Still no medicals. Fed up of this wait. NOC -1224. Anyone waiting for so long of similar NOC? Anyone of 1224 please share your timelines.

Dates are per submissions of PPF.
Courier folks awaiting from 16th-17th March onwards.
VFS folks(Opted to collect back from VFS) awaiting from 22nd-23rd March onwards.

One last question on Passports (I know some people may want to kill me for this). Can anyone tell me when exactly does the 'being processed' status changes to 'dispatched' on VFS website? Right now I'm like checking twice every hour and getting sick of it!
