Hi Guys,
We have received RPRF along with MR and PCC. As part of RPRF my spouse (dependent) has paid fees on CIC's site online and we are being presented with receipt which has few fields empty.
Client date of birth, ClientID, Address, Postal Code, Area Code, Telecphone No.
1) Can you please guide me while sending this proof of payment to CIC do we need to fill all details? If yes what should go in fields Client date of birth and ClientId as well whose address needs to be put (Payers address used for credit card transaction or file correspondence address or anything else)
2) While sending proof of MR should I send signed form and MR payment recipe both? If yes do I need to send them in original?
Please advice.
