Does putting down papers(resigning) after you receive PPR makes sense , or there could be another surprise down the line?

P.S - I am still waiting for PPR

there is no risk after ppr. But if you have waited for so long, why not wait another 15 days.

Check "I have read and understood the above terms and conditions."
Click "Continue"
Click "Immigration"
Click "Right of Permanent Resident Fee"
Input "Number of Applications"
Click "Submit"
Click " PAY"
Register yourself with a valid email id / Login using your details
Input card information
Finally, print your receipt
Fill the missing details with a pen like file number and UCI.
Sent this receipt to VO as proof of RPRF paid.

PS - You also get an email in the registered email id

Can anyone urgently help me on how to pay RPRF via online payment?

I received the CIC online payment link from Visa Office saying that I need to pay 490$CAD per person BUT there is no Payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee option there.

Their website states otherwise, that's strange.
I got my clicked from Tuli Photo Studio also in Nehru Place.
The guys knew what I needed it for and I had it per specification in 10 minutes.

Sorry to hear that.
Hep C does lead to liver scarring which will be visible in x-ray however if any additional check are recomended and she is cured, it will be fine.
Ask you friend to right now take caution and get healthy soon. Regardless of FSW, Hep C can be cronic hence she needs to first take care of her health and not worry about FSW for the moment.

The photo needs to be clicked 3 months or earlier. I suppose the one we clicked at time of filing application will be older than that.
Better to go with a fresh set of photos.

This is new information.. Why is height and eye colour required at PPR stage? Also, please tell us how to get these documents...

Nothing much really. Just have your Passports handy and have your height in CM and inch and eye color handy (This would also have been mentioned while you filled the application form)

If VO doesn't request another set of photos at the time of PPR then photo submitted at the time of submitting application will be used towards PR card, and if they request another set then they will use latest one for PR card. Photo on COPR will be on PR card.
