Got my MR today .....thanks to everyone on the forum.....you have been of great support.

Need another favor though, in the corresponding email with MR.....CIC has asked me to send three documents:

1. Photocopies of all pages of passport for all family members. Is this normal??
2. Payment receipt of RPRF fee.
3. Police certificate(s) from India for your spouse and must include former name. (Now i know that the passport office doesnt write the former name (before wedding) on the PCC so what are they expecting here? Do i need to go the state where she stayed before marriage and procure this? Are there any other options?

Another question to those who had their files transferred to WVO......where do we courier the physical documents? NDVO or WVO office address:

I got medical request. I have to submit medicals within 30 days along with RPRF, PCC and passport copies (condition specified in the email: The
passport should be the passport that you intend to use to enter Canada)

My question is around passport as my passport is going to expire in November, 2015 so I have to apply for a new passport.

• Can I ignore the condition specified in bold above and send copies of my current passport (expiring soon) for now as I might not get new passport within 30 days. AND send copy of new passport when I get it (might be after 45 days)?
• If above is possible, how do I inform them later about the new passport? Through CSE (Case Specific Enquiry)?

Any help is appreciated.

Anybody shipped or had a friend carry your passport out of the country? if so, please send a sample authorization letter that would help if a customs or immigration officer stops the friend.

No u CAN NOT. However, u may consider asking for extra time based on submission of passport renewal receipt & expected delivery.

Provide ur timelines dude!!...When did u submit PP?..Generally it takes 10 working days but sometimes it can take lesser (and rarely) it can take even longer...example look at my timelines on the left...

Dear Omer Khalid,

This email refers to your application for a permanent resident visa under the Federal Skilled Worker class.

The application you submitted to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada, included payment of the application fees in the form of a certified bank instrument in Canadian dollars. We have since been informed that the $550 processing fee for your spouse has cleared the bank. However, the $550 processing for you, the principal applicant, has not cleared the bank.

Your applications fees have thus not been paid.

Paragraph 10(1)(d) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations states:

10. (1) Subject to paragraphs 28(b) to (d), an application under these Regulations shall

(d) be accompanied by evidence of payment of the applicable fee, if any, set out in these Regulations;

Your application for a permanent resident visa under the Federal Skilled Worker class is therefore incomplete and cannot be processed until payment is received. We are providing you with this opportunity to submit the required application fee of $550 CAD. If you do not submit your application fees within thirty (30) days, your application will be determined to be incomplete and will be returned to you. No refund will be issued.

Please submit your payment directly to the visa office where you sent your complete application forms (the London office).

I also got MR few days back.

• 1. Yes. I , also, am asked to send copies.
• 2. Mine also stated to pay RPRF
• 3. Mine doesn't say this. My wife has not changed her name after marriage as yet.

My file also got transferred to Warsaw, Poland whereas I chose NDVO. My friend told me that CIC has started selecting the VO on their own from February. My AOR came on 26 Feb. When did your came?
I also want to know where to send the physical documents NDVO or WVO.

2) I suggest to pay online and send the duly filled receipt to them
3) Pcc is required but have no idea why they are asking you to give your wife former name....
