I have got my PR and planning to land in Toronto in the 3rd week on June. I am married, but will bring my wife once I get settled there.

I am looking out for like minded individuals who can share accommodation/rent during my initial 2-3 months. Please PM me if anybody is interested.

I am a software engineer, born and brought up in delhi but parents are from kerala. Rest can be discussed offline.

So photo submission went fine? ...Answers below-

- Yes it's the same process...If you have a relative/ friend in Canada you can apply for these Notes for $5..otherwise these 3rd party-sites like visafile.info/ caips.ca/ caipsnotes.com are good enough

- Absolutely legal..all applicant information is maintained due to the record-keeping and transparency law of the Canadian Govt. and you can request it anytime... It takes 30 days to give you the Notes, but it'd be generated as on the date you apply...And they have the right to scrub some sensitive info if necessary but by and large you can see all the details of ur file..When u apply through a 3rd party site, you are providing them a Consent form allowing them to apply on ur behalf.....There are only 3-4 such sites, all are reputed and have been around for a long time, so it's safe as well...

-No it has no impact whatsoever......There is in fact, a separate dept. to process GCMS Requests, since applicants can & do apply for these Notes frequently, to understand delays, or become aware and provide the information that a VO may be waiting for..In fact the father of this thread ashif_ee came to know through his GCMS Notes that his MR request had been sent and expired also but he didn't even receive it...After seeing the Notes, he contacted the VO and got them to issue a 2nd MR...It has helped a lot of ppl in different ways..You are already in PPR stage, ur Visa is likely issued already, go ahead and apply buddy

Hi manisha575 , i also got same request from NDVO to submit 20 photos of wedding/reception/tour,etc and one questionnaire to fill and submit back with my MR.
Don't worry it is asked from all newly married couples who didn't complete 1 year.
That's just confirmation they need and it can not be cause of delay.......

may be what you have said is true, request for additional documents might have caused the delay.. but do not worry it wont be long.. on the same way.. i want to let u know that even i've got married last year and even we didnt complete one year brother.. but we've submitted our marriage certificate along with our application.. may be this is why we were not asked for additional documents..

Resubmitting my unanswered question again hoping to find a reply

1. Does Hotmail put London immigration office email LDNIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca in list of safe senders.

2. What happens if an email sent by London office is not read or gets deleted (after going into junk). Do they send reminder or letter to the registered address or legal representative.

Please advise and help. Thanks in advance.

brother we cant say that a mail from LVo will directly land in ur mail box, it depends on the type of content in the mail which decides whether it should be in mail box or junk. so the best option for u is to add the mail ID in your contact with name London Visa office or of ur choice, so that the mail wont go to junk instead lands directly into ur inbox..

Hey askyaram , i also submitted our Marriage certificate initially along with PCC.
But in Request Letter which came along with MR, they asked us below things along with RPRF, Medical proof:

Dear Manish:
This refers to your application for admission to Canada.
In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following:

 Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination to be completed by you and your spouse. This must be received at this office by: 2015/02/20
 RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee for yourself and your spouse. This must be received at this office by: 2015/02/20
 Marriage photos: Kindly provide us with your 20 photos of the engagement, ceremony, reception and casuals. This must be received at this office by: 2015/02/20
 Application form: Attached application form “marriage questionnaire” to be completed and returned to this office. This must be received at this office by: 2015/02/20

(Date format is YYYY/MM/DD)
Failure to submit them within that time period could result in the refusal of your application. Please quote our complete file number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the High Commission at the address indicated below.
PLEASE RETURN THIS FORM WITH THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS.

I Don't think it would cause delay because i submitted all the required things on 8th Jan and my RPRF DD got en-cashed on 16th Jan.
But due to medical furtherance my 3rd line cleared on 17th April.
Don't know how they work but i send my Marriage "Wedding Card" along with Pics in Courier.
Hope they had cleared all things and now complete criminality part which is last step.

Don't know why they asked me above extra docs but we completed only 2 months at the time of sending application. " Married in May and applied in July ".

Hello all... Finally got third line update today. My timelines are:

Date of file : Sep 7, 2014
PER : Dec. 12 ,2014
SL : March 11, 2015
Medicals: March 28, 2014
Medicals done: April 20, 2015
Medical receipts, RPRF, PCC sent thru Blue Dart : April 21,2015 & Received by them : April 22, 2015 (RPRF paid online)
Third line : we have received your medicals : May 2, 2015


Does this means my medical and PCC are all okay and my file is through?? And it's just a matter of time to get a DM status?

Or still there are medicals to be evaluated and they may be rejected?? (In fact in Medicals they found me to be little over weight, not obese with high blood pressure.... Doc made me undergo ECG and ECHO Test... But never shared results of them) so I am worried and bit apprehensive.

Then i don't know why they asked documents from me, because my wife's current address and address on passport are same as of mine.
She belong to different place/City but all address on her new/fresh Passport and my passport both same, current address and we both are living together.
