Dear Applicant,
We have scheduled you to attend the Canadian Immigrant Integration Program (CIIP) session in Hyderabad scheduled for 19 May - 22 May 2015. One seat has been reserved for you so please ensure that you will be present for your session, and kindly arrive early. Please leave young children at home, as childcare facilities are not available.
Please note that the Government of Canada has committed significant resources to deliver the CIIP session comprising of the Group Orientation (GO) and personalized My Action Plan (MAP) sessions. Your failure to attend would result in wastage of Canadian resources and furthermore, deprive others in the waiting queue, an opportunity to participate. We have an extensive waiting list of clients who are eager to participate in our sessions. Therefore, please ensure that you will be present for the CIIP programme, and kindly arrive early. It is mandatory for clients to attend both the GO & MAP sessions of the CIIP programme. Our venue is as follows :-
Important Notes:
1. Group Orientation Session (GO Session) 19 May 2015 : One full day, Start time 8:30am to 5:00pm. Overview of Canada, the current economic situation, overview of Canadian provinces and regions, understanding destination and occupation options, challenges facing newcomers in finding jobs, solutions to those problems, writing a Canadian resume, taking a Canadian interview.
2. My Action Plan Session (MAP Session) – Either on 20,21 or 22 May 2015 for duration of 1 to 1.5 hours. The MAP Session is a personalized one-to-one session with a Canadian trained CIIP Orientation Officer, where you will develop an action plan, and receive direct referrals to Canadian organizations that assist immigrants. You will be notified of your MAP Session time in advance.
