Transit visa is NOT REQUIRED for UK if you are travelling with PR visa of Canada.

My layover time at heathrow is 7 hrs..I have confirmed this online as well as with travelling agent.

You will need to fill another IMM 0008 FORM
You must submit your child's birth certificate along with the biodata copy of
your child's passport.
You must pay 150CAD as application fee for your child
You need to submit a new additional family information form IMM 5406

Send all these forms and payment along with updated schedule A form.

Ksa510 is right
But before doing anything you must inform the visa office about addition in the family
Send them an email and ask for what it requires to submit for a new baby
Some visa office ask for a proof of funds also where some not
Other forms and docs are exactly same as ksa 0510 said

Medicals update takes upto 30 days. If you don't receive any furtherance tests, it is a good sign. Raise CSE after 5 or 6 weeks from your medicals completion date in case of no medicals update in ecas.

First of all Many thanks to all of you for being a great motivator and knowledge enhancer in all aspects.
I have learnt to deal with uncertainty with positivity through you all.
Its been a 17 months journey and another jourrney of Landing in Canada will soon become .
I have recieved my passport stamped with Visa on 27th Nov .My journey is as below :
File sent to Visa Office -15th June 2014
File Recieved by Office -25th June 2014
PER Recieved - 20th October 2014
SLU- 12th Dec 2014, Long wait started here...(also communicated VO about JOB change and US travels in the meantime)
Applied for GCMC Notes- around-30th May 2015
Replied recieved around 25th June 2015
This helped as recived the Medical request mail thereafter.
Medicals & RPRF Request - 15 July 2015
Medicals done -1st August
Medical recieved- 8Th August 2015
Situation- Wife Pregnent and Due for sept 2015 so informed VO about the same via CSE with supporting Doc's, when sent the RPRF fees and PCC with medical confirmation)
New Born -14th Sept 2015,
Instruction recieved from VO, how to include new born, so DOC's sent to VO on 14th Oct 2015
Medical Request for the new Born -9th Nov 2015
Medicals Done - 14th Nov 2015
PPR- 23rd Nov 2015
Passport submit - 24th 2015,Eve
Visa Issued -26th Nov 2015
Paasport recieved with COPR- 27th Nov 2015.
I hope this would be helpful for people sailing in the same ship like mine, if anybody left behind, your wait is about to be over.

Which agency you used to requested your GCMS notes?

@managersonline- I sent consent for GCMC to my friend in canada and he applied through CIC webiste. No agencies .

Which agency you used to requested your GCMS notes?

You don't need an agency,if you have someone in Canada who is a PR holder or a Canadian.
Such people can easily request the GCMS note for you at $5 only.
