is there a particularly topic for this VO?
today is 70 days after my SLU in this VO.

I have thank god received RPRF, Updated Schedule A request. Can you please confirm should I reply with completed documents at the same email address which sent us the request OR is it always good to send printed out via courier. Also any idea when should I expect PPR?

My time line is as follows:

London visa office, VO is VCM, Time line as below:

NOC: 1111

Delivery Tues 9/16/2014

DD Cashed 09/12/2014

PER 31/12/2014

Photo request: 10/02/2015

MR: 27/07/2015

RPRF, schedule A: 28/07/2015

I second can2174 opinion on this matter. The reason being that i personally forwarded my missing pcc and some other documents without even asked by visa office and it eventually helped in speedy processing of my case.

Here is my take on what u shud do. Scan ur pcc and if u havent received AOR it probably means ur file is with NDVO so send the scan copies via email to NDVO along with ur application details, and reason why u r sending these pcc. U will get to know ur visa office as well as there is no harm in trying

hello! In my case the slu stated the date when the visaoffice started processing the application. I think this is where they do all the checkings. Before slu they will indicate the date when they received ur application. After slu i think, this will be about medical examination .

I hope everyone is excited and nervous in immigration process.
Please check my timelines for any processing related queries.

I have landed on 1st July, 2015 and i must say that it is beautiful country with friendly people.
Now you can find more asians especially indians in every city of Canada so you may feel like at home.

But now comes bitter part, it is not so easy to get professional jobs. I am trying very hard to get even survival jobs but still no signs of them.
I just want to make you aware about the next phase but not to scare you. Some friends gets jobs earlier than that.
Here my intention for this post is to prepare yourself for 2-3 months after landing to find survival jobs and then 2-3 months for professional job.
I wish good luck for who are in process of immigration.

You can check at CIC website.
Dont wear white shirt, because background will be white.
there is a specific size i.e 45mmx35mm - check online
for height and eye colour - check your height in Cms and eye colour. They might ask you.

I just received my COPR and the stamp on my passport this morning.

I went through my COPR and saw that it has mentioned Citizenship: India / Place of Birth : Kuwait / COB: Kuwait / COR: Australia

I only lived in Australia for 7 years ( They made me submit PCC for Australia, India and Kuwait ) but currently a resident in Kuwait. Does it matter they have made an error ??

I am assuming Country of Residence (COR) should be Kuwait. Should I be bothered by this error ?

After waiting for a long time, I received a mail for medical examination, RPRF and some additional documents. I am going to clinic for medical test after few days.

Can anyone please tell me the followings;

1. Do they conduct eye test (vision test)? if yes, is it for both adult and kid?
2. Do I need to send some documents to visa office as a proof which shows that I completed the medical test? if yes, what documents should I ask for (for example, receipt or any proof that shows I completed medical test) in clinic.

Hi, see answers below;
1. If you wear glasses, take along, there wont be a thorough eye test they will examine just by looking at eyes. If you don't wear glasses, they might take a simple vision test. No complications in this so chill.
2. You will receive an acknowledgement from Hospital regarding your medicals, you send those in originals to the visa office along with RPRF receipt and PCC

Yesterday I received the PPR email but the funny thing is that I am from Armenia but they want me to submit our passports to the visa office in New Delhi and the ECAS status has not changed yet.

We had the same issue. Our child docs were sent at the end of March and in two weeks we received the meDical for the newborn. After the medical in about three and a half months we received the PPR email
