i am going home this coming july and its my first time in 5 years to go back home in phillipines.I just dont know what to do what are the requirements for re entry visa and where do i get it .i have my open permit working visa ..plss help me solve my problem..i just want to go home .

You can apply for the re-entry visa at Buffalo:

thank u so much for a quick reply.1 more thing my passport is going to expire on may 2012 and im planning on renewing it in philippines,,is it possible that they will honor my passport that is expiring soon,,.is there any form that i will fill up to submit if i apply my re entry visa at buffalo thanks again for your help
Yes as long as it is good for at least 6 months but your re entry visa might have an expiry that is the same if not earlier than your passport expiry date.

My flight is all today and l need to travel to my wedding. What must l do , can l go and apply from the country of permanent residence or this oversight on my part will make my return difficult. Please help am desperate l have written to different emabssies and no replies as yet.
