Re-Entry Visa Question

I am in Live-in Caregiver Program, on the process on applying for Open Work Permit and Permanent Residence Visa.

In my passport there is a visa stamp that indicates ''multiple'' in a no. of entries which will expire on 28/06/2015.

My question is do I need to get a re-entry visa if I have already a ''multiple'' stamp visa in my passport for the last two year since 28/06/2012?

Need an answer for this thank you!!!

Another question to follow is when is Re-entry visa needed only? is it only on Single-Entry Visa? or in nearly expiry Visa, I am planning to go vacation in the Philippines on March 2015, and my expiry of my Visa would be on June 28, 2015.
and is there a prior time to renew Visa here in Canada before going vacation?

Just being cautious on this because, another situation is when you're PR application is on process are you are not allowed to go back to Canada from other country or coming from vacation for example?

You can go for vacation to your home country or any country but when you return back to Canada, you have to have a valid work permit and a visa!

I was outside of Canada a few times before and during PR application. As longer you have a valid work permit and a visa when you re enter Canada, you will be fine.
