I am going to reapply in SDS. this time i am going with representative.
but my question are
1.should i need to write re request letter or not? bcoz my representative is going to give me
representative submission letter.
2. Is checklist is mandatory?
3. can i change my SOP?

The first one I have no idea.

Second one, yes, everything on checklist is mandatory, otherwise you will be rejected due to missing document.

Third, yes. You can change your SOP for sure.

But as per website checklist is only required in offline file process they haven't give any particular information to use checklists.

I think checklist Is only for offline process as they asked to provide two photo with backside name & sign and in online process we just need one pic. there are other clues too

No. The only checklist you need is everything required online. Which you already have from your first attempt, just use it again with different SOP.

I don't know what that is, but I don't think it is relevance to VO. what's the "re request" letter for?

Any other documents required as per your local visa office instructions, you should upload them under client information, e.g transcripts and police certificates.
If you answered yes to using a representative, then I believe in the application documents page you'll have a place to upload the related form.
