Re apply after the Federal court denied

If you re apply again for spousal sponsorship, can they denied for the same reason as before liked (marriage is not genuine ).We been married for almost 5 years.My husband is outside Canada.We been denied from Federal court recently and we have a new evidence.What do you think.Please give me some advice Thank you.

Just wondering why they denied your application and you've been married for 5 years. It doesn't make sense stating not genuine relationship if its 5 years of marriage.

No one can tell you for sure how another application will turn out. this is soley in the discretion of the officer who reads your file. there have been people who have been denied once then reapplied and approved so it is possible. in the second application you will want to include a lot more proof that answers the concerns from the previous application. the more proof the better in this sense.

1 IF your read the post, it would be the application was refused, the sponsor appealed, lost appeal and then applied to the Federal Court to overturn refusal, application dismissed, So there application is finished, and if they re=apply and there isn't any overwhelming information, IRCC and the IAD will probably refuse again based on res judicata,
