they will call your partner during the hearing. They will be on speakerphone. You can have an interpreter there. Best wishes

Hey Macus......just like what gsize said in her comments, they are going to inteverview you or your spouse at the hearing and then they will call the other person on the phone and put it on speaker phone so everyone can hear the response back from the spouse....You are your spouse will have to bring phone card to the hearing for 2 hrs long...
