RCMP fingerprints?

Hi all I need some opinions. I received RCMP fingerprints request on the 23Rd of September - gave it on the 25th. Today when I called and emailed CCRTIS they said it’s been mailed out on the 2nd of oct. I have not received anything yet in the mail even called Canada post there is no issues with any of the mail. It’s been so long and I’ve never had these issues with Canada post. What’s going on?! I am getting concerned. Everything is done all is mailed I’m just waiting for it.. what do I do

RCMP sends via regular mail only and more likely you will get by Thursday
There was long weekend that's the delay .

Hi there, how did you give the fingerprints? I am located in Toronto and the Toronto police said they are not taking fingerprints for immigration criminal record checks.

You can either go to RCMP or go to commissionaires I just went there because they were $10 cheaper lol

Biometrics are only done by service Canada and rcmp fingerprinting agencies don’t have authority to do that even..rcmp only does fingerprints and photo
