RCMP Criminal Record Check - Expiry date

CIC requested "RCMP Criminal Record Check" for me and my wife:
I have 2 questions:

• To upload the document, there are 2 fields, a document number and expiry date. Can anyone please help me telling me when is the expiry date of RCMP Criminal Record Check as it's not mentioned in the letter RCMP sent to me.
• on other required field is document number, there are 2 numbers in the RCMP documents, I don't know which is the correct one, please check the
  document attached. (Please advise)
• When I try to upload the documents, I found both required documents for me and my wife required to be uploaded in my section in the PR application ( under my name : Supporting Documents)? so is it normal to find both documents required in my section???

Police Certificates are valid for 3 months so if you need to know the expiratin date, ai would go with 3 months after the date it was issued.


EDIT: I checked again and it is 6 months. Sorry.

Rcmp are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Pcc issued from other countries where u have stayed for six months or more after the age of 18 are valid indefinate provided u did not visit that country and lived there for 6 months .

Document number is the 20 digit DCN nbr ...that is what i have updated when i uploaded my rcmp....

I wrote a year from the issuance date. When ordered GCMS, I found that they get your fingerprints once it reaches RCMB, and NRT is what they need. date makes no much difference.

Facing a very stupid issue, my RCMP is very recent issued in 2016 only and the software on CIC has no mention of 2016 in the year section.

It has till 2015 only

How to resolve this thing now.

Use the date as Dec 31, and attach a LOE to the report explaining that issue.

I just called CIC and he said email webmaster and that's only way out.

Since I have to submit and don't have much time left on this how should we go about this guy's?

What did you do for this? Did the issue get fixed at CIC side?

Nope nothing fixed.

Sent email to webmaster did everything and now i uploaded document using 31st Dec 2015 date and a document attached with RCMP stating the error.

However, now i am facing another issue, when CIC asks to SIGN and submit app in the end, it does not work, gives me SERVICE ERROR everytime.

I am waiting for this to be fixed.

In the meantime, already sent my document in a CSE to CIC.
