Just wild guess here ? Any info to back that up ? I'm tired of people who just post "stuff" to frustrate everyone even more.
I second that. These things are so unpredictable that a few months ago, someone would have claimed with some certainty that the scores would be 450-480 or something by now. But no one can actually tell.

I totally agree.
I believe this is just waste of time to keep saying what they should do or what is reasonable to do.
Also some people keep saying if A then B, but if C, then D. We all know those "if"s.
Please share some FACTS or at least news, statements by officials etc. if you know any, and that might be helpful for the others.

Did you see the links I posted re the round-table discussions on the EE progress and point system changes? OK they still don't say when the CRS will lower, but it's actual news about upcoming changes that's not fabricated at least :-X

I saw those, the biggest question to me is :
so for past 8 draws we getting low ITA's 750~ , now we have roughly 6000 ITA's that basically hang in the air, my feeling is once changes for EE done those 6000 ITA's will be given back, seems like they just want to make sure that they have some spare ITA's for the end of the year. What is yearly quota for EE ? 100K ?

Yeah, I saw them and that's what I am talking about.
In fact, even those links are reports and statements that are not final and still do not guarantee anything, but they are useful because they give us some insight on what is going on in their heads.

I'm wondering if it might be to do with OINP? Their Express Entry backlog is HUGE, there's a lot of people overdue their nomination so once OINP start giving them out they'll be draws just made up of OINP people (this is fabricated) at the rate the government are issuing ITAs

Yeah they don't guarantee a thing unfortunately. The only thing that is apparently 'definite' is the extra points for siblings in Canada - which I don't have anyway.

The only guarantee is that at some point in the future they'll be another draw.. and when it happens a certain number of us will get ITA's :-X

Follow this thread

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/reliable-information-on-express-entry-may-2016-and-proposed-changes-to-ee-t447155.0.html

The second link down is a letter (August 2016) by CERC advising their own members that the government are considering the changes listed - if you look to the end of the first page it says the following

Candidates with siblings in Canada;
• Providing ‘bonus’ points for candidates with siblings in Canada. (This is a firm commitment

Which I'm assuming means that McCallum has said that this one is definitely going to happen, while the rest are being 'considered'

Can't believe it's already 2 weeks since the last draw, time flies by fast. I'm not even guessing the CRS this time, just hoping for best for everyone. Good luck guys :)

As a FSW, who has never worked or studied in Canada, I really hope the changes in EE are "disconnected" from the increased number of ITAs.

If CIC is not waiting the changes to increase the number of ITAs, FSW people will be, eventually, invited.

Let's be optmistic, maybe both factors are disconnected and CIC invites a lot of people on September 7 (probably the first draw in the Fall).
