Actually my agent told me yesterday that you need to add your spouse details in your respective passports. And i am in no favour of changing every thing after receiving ITA. my wife and I both work in government departments and its tedious for us to opt for name change so we decided that my wife wouldn't change her surname post marriage.

Yes, that's fine. He just has to select one as the primary NOC.

Question

For proof of funds, I already have got letters from 2 Financial institutions where I hold significant money. Should I get letters from other institutions where I hold penny amounts ?

Question related to NOC.
I have NOC 0112 which matches my current job role between 60-70%, the same NOC matches my previous job role only upto 40%. There are no other NOCs that work out for me.
Can I keep the current job as my primary NOC, I have been with this company for 3+ years now. Should I remove the secondary NOC or go ahead with the 40% match? Will it create any issue?

You don't need to declare the employments that you don't claim the CRS points from and you won't need to submit the reference letter for these. But you will have to declare these under the Personal History section (as employment).

Guys, please I have a question about POF.

My Pof is currently funded entirely by gift deed from my father in the sum of 4million Naira currently sitting in my Mutual Find Investment Account. However, I need to make use of N1million out of for personal use to be returned before I get nominated and subsequent ITA from IRCC (my OINP is in assessment stage).

Is it issue if partly liquidate and later return funds from investment entirely funded by gift deed.

Also when submitting eAPR, is it ok to submit POF letter from Mutual Fund showing balance and other details without the Mutual Funds statement which shows transaction history that is how I liquidated and reinvested e.t.c

Honestly it's not a good idea to touch the funds at all.

Hello Guys,

What is your expectation on upcoming draws of 2020? IRCC is unpredictable these days and still it would be good to know what everyone is expecting

How many more draws will conduct in 2020? 2 or 3?
There will be 5 wednesdays in December. 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th. When all we can expect the draw? Will they continue to invite 5000 in all the upcoming draws or will there be any changes in the number of invitations?

Draws will happen on all Wednesdays, not sure about the draw size though.

I wish that was true but at the same time, you never know. Technically, IRCC is way below its 2020 immigrant target so they could use December to be more aggressive in inviting people. Whether or not they will execute this, that's another story. We'll find out soon enough...

Don't they need more agressive processing and landing of PRs rather than issuing ITAs?
