My score is 471 but entered pool mid September.

Bluff ... till oct 12 th there was around 4200 candidates in the pool , on 14th oct the draw took place and with in 2 days 300 ppl entered the pool with 471+ scores . Apart from that,Some education consultancies are creating fake profiles In order to keep the crs high so that ppl Would opt student visa . I think I shd start exploring other options now

All 471s should get an invite with the pool data, irrespective of tie break....

I lost to tie break rule again too as I submitted sep 4. Oh well, guess I will just focus on other things for now.

It's 4500 ITAs with a cut off point of 471, tie-breaking rule applied for 1st September 2020.

Its a scam! Last draw was 4200 people while the cut off was march! From the numbers, it appeared that the 471 and higher were all cleared, but I had my doubts on why was the cut off that far!
this draw it is 4500, with numbers from last draw clearly indicating that it should be much less than 471. However, the cut off now is much closer to September. This is an indication that IRCC is hiding the real numbers of candidates in the pool and its significantly higher that what is reported. The only true indication is the invitation numbers and the cut off dates, this will let us know if people in that score are diminishing or not. As seen from this draw, september cut off and 4500 invites clearly show that next draw, CRS should draw.

I myself know a frd of mine who is running an agency doing the same . I strongly think cic shd charge a fee to create a profile .
